Lost (Well) water on a Friday at 7:00pm. Ayden Nash arrived in less than an hour. Great attitude, polite, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem in less than a half hour. Fortunately for us it was not the well pump nor the well itself. Unfortunately, he did not have the parts to repair. He arrived the next morning (Saturday) and fixed in less than a half an hour. He was excellent. Seemed pricey, but what are you going to do?

Jace was very knowlegable about my water softener. Very nice to deal. Will use his company again in the near future I'm sure.

Never really having ever needed a plumber I called the first of four prominent pluming services. To my good fortune a smiling energetic young man, Justin, in a clean uniform came to give me an estimate for sink plumbing repair. He said, you know, i can do this with parts I’m already in my vehicle. He asked if I had ever used them before and whether I have a service maintenance plan. After explaining, I agreed I needed that. He arranged for my visit and repair to be covered by the plan that day in addition to the excellent repair work. Summers is now my on call plumbing service company. Thank you

Jace was professional and knowledgeable. I decided not to go with Summers however, because the quote for $600.00 was way too steep fir a simple water pipe thaw. I paid $100.00 for a call, then didn't go with the service. Quite didappointed.

I would like to thank Tyler, Devon , Cody and Chris for coming out to my home with the temperature only being 4 degree to replace my furnace and a/c unit. They were very friendly and professional. Chris and Cody did a awesome job on showing me how to use my new equipment. I will recommend my friends and family to Summers Plumbing Heating. They are the best. 👍

Justin York and another Summer’s tech came out today to service my two furnaces and were awesome!!

They troubleshot a lingering issue I’ve had with one furnace giving me peace of mind heading into this winter, and uncovered a wiring issue with the other that was causing unknown wear and tear to my other.

When it’s time to replace either or both of my units they’ll be ones I call first.

Great job and customer service today guys.

Our furnace was serviced today by Justin York. Over the past ten years I have observed several technicians work on our heating system.
Justin checked parts of the system that no other technician has ever looked at. He took pictures and explained what he was doing.
Justin York was by far the best serviceman who has ever worked on my heating system.

I had a plumbing emergency. Summers was the only company I could schedule same day to get the job done! Tyler was efficient, friendly and communicated well. They didn't break the bank! I will be using them again in the future.

Great service! Jace and Irie went above and beyond and both were so polite RESPECTFUL and helpful! I couldn’t have asked for better service! They were professional and very kind! 10/10!!!

Keith Miner came to address our sewer drainage issues. He was very courteous and professional- putting booties on and off when entering and exiting the house.
He explained what he needed to do and gave me a price to agree upon prior to beginning work.
I highly recommend this business and Keith!
And I was blessed they were running a special on sewer cleanouts, so I saved a bunch of $ by calling them at this time! Win-win!

Adam came to my home on TU morning and took the necessary time to examine the furnace/heater in minute detail. We noticed the heater was new in 1984, so 42 years old. He said some bearings seem to be worn out and some other parts might need to be replaced AND reminded me that nothing lasts forever....recommended a new one, more efficient with a good warranty. Then Adam contacted his boss and explained him the situation and lucky for me that a new heater lowas installed the same day in the afternoon. So far everything is working OK and my home is warm again.
Also, Grant and Noah came in the afternoon to remove the old heater and installed the new one. Did it in about 4 hours, then cleaned up the area where they worke,, took away the old furnace and never made a mess. Great job guys!

We were extremely pleased with the furnace service and evaluation received (best ever). Time was taken to review results. Future service options were presented but no sales pressure applied to purchase anything.
We are evaluating the results and possible next steps but want to thank Summers for doing a great job!

I had to fly out of town for a family emergency the day before appt. The secretary did a wonderful job of communicating with my friend who would act in my place while I was away.

The plumber, Keith, was kind, flexible, and determined. He was patient when I said I needed 15min to get to my wallet for cc info (I was in a hospital and needed to get my wallet from my car). I was told he did not quit when trying to fix my plumbing problems. 2 hours later, he was able to get the job done.

Thank you Keith for showing my cat some love while I was away and taking care of my home!

JUSTIN YORK is one awesome person. Super respectful of my pets and my home! Great conversations and I learned a bit along the way :)

Summers is always available. They came out in a snow storm and worked for hours to get the furnace going again. Each time they come out to the house, they are respectful of the house and my pets. They do great work and explain everything very well. Big shout out to Montou Sosa for coming out during the winter storm and fixing the furnace.

Our tech expert was Tyler. He was very, very helpful - and polite. He answered every question that we had and went out of his way to call his supervisor to make sure that he was doing things the best way possible for us!! We were more than satisfied with the service we got from him! Thanks!!

Joshua Miller was great. He was quick to diagnose a frozen pipe and showed me exactly what was wrong. He arrives the same day I called. I will be using them to install a heater in my garage based on this experience.

Tyler V. is an awesome tech! He was such a gentleman and did a great job. He was also respectful of our home by making sure his shoes were clean and using his booties! Very nice human being and well mannered!

Chris Kidian came to our home today representing Summers Heating and Cooling to perform the maintenance on our boiler system that had been recommended by their previous inspection. He introduced himself, carried in the parts that needed replaced, and went right to work. Chris was very busy with the service that was required, and kept right at it. There was a lot to do, and as happens many times, the replacement parts were not exactly the same physical size as what was being changed out. Chris didn't let this bother him, but went right to work with the plumbing changes that were needed to accommodate the new parts. When Chris finished the repairs and cleaned up the area before showing us the pictures of the system before and after the repairs. He also answered the questions that I asked about the boiler system. Chris presented the bill and after I paid it he got ready to leave and asked if he could bring our garbage bins back up the driveway, because they had been emptied while he was working. This was another example of the quality of employees that work for Summers Heating and Cooling. We will continue to use them for our maintenance work when it's necessary.

Summers does an excellent job providing HVAC services. I recently had routine maintenance schedule (part of the maintenance plan) for my furnace and Darius Morgan was the technician. Darius was very professional and polite and did a great job communicating on the condition of the furnace and the work he conducted. He also brought up a potential upgrade that would provide long-term benefits to the HVAC system, but wasn't pushy about us purchasing it. He just wanted to let us know that it was available. I will be continuing to use Summers for my future HVAC maintenance.

Tyler V. Came for our annual maintenance on our water heater. He was very respectful and answered all our questions. He explained everything about future possible replacement for a new water heater and the estimated cost. He was not pushy but was very informative. Thanks Tyler

Cooper was very nice and considerate. He explained about other plans that you offer and your maintenance program which I have joined.As he was working on my furnace he explained everything as he was doing it. I enjoyed talking to him, he was very helpful. Wish more service men were like him.
