John arrived promptly and was extremely friendly yet professional. He was very kind to my dogs, while I tried to wrangle them out of the way. He quickly identified the issues we were having, and then went the extra mile to verify with our realtor that the planned repair would satisfy the verbiage of our home sale/inspection report! After confirming we were good to go he finished the repairs so quickly that if I hadn't seen him working I might not have known he did anything. His experience, skill and professionalism are certainly among the best in my opinion. So glad we chose to work with him! Really doesn't hurt that his pricing was up-front, honest and fair! I hope I never need to call a plumber again for issues like these, but if ever I do - at least now I know who to call first!

John is both knowledgeable and cares about his customers. John had noted that he could repair my back-up sump pump, but also wanted me to know the piping downstairs leading to my sump pump was causing my secondary sump pump to burn out. The back-up sump pump had already been replaced just a few years before. I could expect to replace the back-up sump pump again unless the piping was reconfigured. The piping was reconfigured, per John’s
specs, and I haven’t had a problem with the back-up sump pump since. Highly recommend John Harker Plumbing
