They gave me a good price on taking out a small tree that was too close to my garage. They took care of it in well under an hour and left the area so clean you could eat off it! Friendly crew as well! I will definitely have them back to handle any future tree work.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They go above and beyond just cutting/trimming trees. They leave the work area completely clean of any debris whether caused by them or that was there before they started. Their customer service is timely, appreciative and more than accommodating. They have helped us out in more ways than they will ever know. We will always recommend and use Bauermeister for any tree work!

Awesome and complete service for a very reasonable price. We had a tree too close to our house that needed to come out. The estimate was free and the service included stump grinding and hauling the tree itself away. Bauermeister removed the tree on the scheduled day and was back 2 days later to grind the stump. I put flowers in the exact spot where the tree had been, and I found pieces of roots, but no stump remaining. Oh, and the yard was spotless afterward to boot. These guys are the ones you want!

We had three trees cut down, two trees trimmed back, and one stump removed all at a very reasonable price. The crew did an great job from start to finish. Very efficient, and cleaned up the yard afterward. I would recommend them to others.

These guys did a great job. From the bidding to the clean up -- 9 trees down in 10 min. less than the estimated time! Wow. They were professional, courteous, and timely. Did exactly what they bid (were willing to do a little more as we could see what additional was needed). Tish scheduled and the team kept to the schedule. Joe explained the process and guided the team. Everything was cleaned up before they left and we discussed having them back next year to cut a few more trees and possibly some trimming. Great job!

Great service! 10/10, compared to the last company that I used. They didn’t come over and try and finish as fast as possible. Happy with how they took the time and really did a fantastic job on a huge locust tree in my front yard. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Great service. Got to us with a quote and scheduled a day for service quickly. Cut down a medium sized tree that was dead on our property line. Was careful not to damage neighbor's garage and fence that were in close proximity. Cleaned everything up nicely. Would recommend them to anyone. Very reasonably priced as well.

We rehired this business because we had a great experience with them in the past (when they were owned by Bauermeister). This time when they arrived, we were told the current business owner procured this business from Bauermeister in 2022. The actual trimming was fine but there was NO cleanup. They left a rake so were told to get the rake and call us back about the cleanup. The person answering the phone said she would let the (new) owner know and someone would get back to us. Someone came during the night and picked up the rake but NO response about the cleanup. The deck, front yard, back yard and roof were a mess. They also broke a flower pot and never told us. We had already told them we would remove the stacked limbs ourselves so that saved them some work, but they knew (and had been told) cleanup was included in the price. We will be looking for a new tree trimming company.

The guys from Bauermeister Tree Service who came out to my home in Decatur and trimmed my 3 huge maple trees did a fantastic job. The entire process went very smoothly, from the phone conversations to the bidding process and eventually getting the job completed. Everyone was professional and friendly. Joe explained exactly what they were going to do for the price they bid, then they did it exactly as it had been explained. I was very impressed with their work ethic. After they were done, other than the trees being trimmed, nobody could tell they were even here. They cleaned up everything so well. They were timely and reasonably priced and I would recommend them without hesitation.

I had a great experience with this company previously. Fast quote, good work, excellent cleanup, good value. I need more trees dealt with so I have called three times; two broken appointments (they didn't show up). Not sure what they are going through but they need to deal with it. I went to another tree service this time.

Called Tuesday and they had our tree removed Thursday, and cleaned up nicely!

Mike and the guys were amazingly hard working and kind. They cleared over 2 acres of solid woods for our house build and did a great job at a great rate. Would recommend them any day!

I got my trees removed and would highly recommend this company to anyone. Great price and the work was exceptional! They gave me a great price and if you have the ability to pay cash it is worth it.

After soliciting quotes from several companies, I knew Wheatcraft was giving me a fair price. It was only after watching them take down a nearly 100 ft oak over the past four hours I realized what great value they provided. They were timely, polite and meticulous in preserving my lawn. My neighbor paid 4x as much to a competitor only to have to repair his driveway, his roof and my lawn. I would not hesitate to use or recommend Wheatcraft again.

ABSOLUTELY RUDE and just not nice!. The employee that was out was nice and friendly. There was an issue that happened where an underground line was cut while removing a tree, and the owner was like "pffft..... who cares, not my problem."

Well. That was our dogs underground fence. He could care less if our dogs got out and hurt by that attitude. I'm so disappointed and disgusted.
