I was very frustrated with the communication, leadership, honesty, and professionalism of Infinity. The workers themselves did a great job, but make sure you have everything down in writing before you allow them to start your work. At one point Dan and I even shook hands on finishing up a project, and then I never heard from them again. I do not recommend.

In a time where the standard of service is becoming increasingly lowered and one is often left dissatisfied with the work, I am pleased to say that Infinity Outdoor Services go above and beyond. We have used Infinity twice now at our business and have been very satisfied with how they operate. Their customer service, communication, and workmanship are excellent. Nicole has been our point of contact each time and does a great job communicating before and after the work to make sure the job was completed to our expectation. I am sure this will not be the last time we will use their services and highly recommend.

Outstanding service. Had a plumbing emergency on Friday evening which required a tree to be removed. Called talked to Dan sent a photo of the tree and 2-1/2 hours later it was on the ground. Couldn’t ask for anything more. 5stars all the way around

Very responsive, on time, courteous, and competitive pricing! Dan and his team did a fantastic job taking down 2 very large sycamore trees in close proximity to the house and cleaned everything up! Highly recommend and will definitely use again for any outdoor services

Dan and his team were prompt and professional. They were accommodating to my schedule and provided an honest quote for the job. They cut down an 80+ foot oak in my front yard in just a few hours with no issue. Will definitely utilize this company in the future.

Dan and his team took 5 hours today to trim up 2 very large trees for us. They did a very professional job, and did an excellent job cleaning up and making sure we were happy and satisfied with the work. We have used other tree services in the past, but because of their quality of work and their extremely competitive and fair price, we will be using and recommend Infinity Outdoor Services in the future.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Dan and his crew were wonderful! He gave me a quote over the phone. He was able to get me in about 3 days later. There was a lot to cut and trim, and his crew was amazing! All of the guys were clean shaven, smiled, nice and picked up everything so it was clean! I would hire them again in a minute. Thank you, Dan and crew! Called for a quote and Dan came out same day got job set up. Crew did an awesome job trimming back 5 trees and pruning them. Crew also cleaned up brush for me. Cleaned up everything and left no mess. Thanks guys. Awesome job.

They did 2 trees and a trimming for me. Other companies refused because of the trees were leaning towards building. Well not Infinity they came in at a great price took them down with no incidents very professional and highly recommend. His crew is very knowledgeable and professional !

Very rude in the way of sitting at a stop sign on one rd and chatting while the other truck and trailer is in the middle of the rd making it impossible to back out of our driveway even after we said something to them. Not that hard to show courtesy in others additions they work in, which they do not.

Dan came right out after receiving my call. I said that I would like to get some other estimates but they took so long to get back with me. I said yes to Infinity and they came out the next morning. They did a great job and also commended them on their cleanup which was 110%.

Spoke with Dan on a Wednesday, came out Thursday to look at the tree and then by Friday morning the tree was down and cleaned up. Excellent company and glad I was referred to them.

Highly recommend for tree services, price was unbeatable for the size of tree removed. Estimate and tree removed in the same day. Crew was awesome and safety was their number one priority. Was also impressed with minimal damage to yard considering the ground was wet. They got it done. 👍

Dan was by far one of the easiest contractors to deal with. He came out on a Sunday to give me a quote and Monday. He was there to do the work and had it done within a Few hours He also gave me a lead on some guys for other parts of my house that were damaged by the Tree . The price was very reasonable And I definitely recommend using them.

I usually do not write reviews, I only read them, however, I am so impressed with Infinity outdoor services that I will write a review. They were on time and in contact with me on how the job is going. They took down a huge tree and the stump that was over the pool without making a mess. They cleaned up after themselves. They gave me a price that you can not beat. I will use this company again. If I could rate them higher then 5 stars I would. Thank you again for your services.

Response to my call was almost immediate and Infinity came did the work a few days later. Price was quite reasonable and the young man who did the work was friendly and competent. I was very satisfied with this company. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Had 2 very large Maple trees in yard that needed to come down with stumps and grindings removed. Also had a large oak tree that needed trimmed. Received 4 quotes with Infinty coming in 3rd highest in price. I wanted to work with Infinity based on their good reviews and Dan was able to meet the price I wanted. Had 2 70ft maple trees removed in 2 days. Equipment had broken down prior to coming out and Dan had to improvise so took a little longer. The employees were great and they left me with no clean up. They were not able to finish my oak tree due to broken equipment. Dan asked to call him in a month to finish the oak. Justin (I believe is his name) came out Sunday night and he went above and beyond my expectations. Dan employees are exceptional and I am incredibly pleased with their work. I highly recommend Infinity
