DO NOT USE - Bait and switch. Extremely disappointing experience with them. High pressure to close on first visit, then after agreeing on the scope of work and price written on their proposal they called back an hour later and wanted at least $1,000 more. Poor ethics. Read the back of their proposal, lots of loopholes that could cost you additional dollars.

Dude TXT me calls me "Gym" gets upset that I jokingly txt back "Gym?" lol, he wont drop it. Proceeds to tell me he doesn't lie because the flyer says they're doing work in my neighborhood soon so get a "discount" by having work done at the same time. Quotes me 1800, I don't know if this is a good price or not, but seems fairly reasonable, but probably a little high, but without a scope of work to go off of, cannot be sure, to prune an Oak that's likely 120 years old, recommends improper pruning and stub out a huge limb instead of cutting only a section off at the branch collar. Proceeds to tell me arborists don't know what they're talking about, while generally being an argumentative bag of vinegar and water on a summers eve. Give them two stars for at least coming out on time. Shop around folks.

Quick to respond and great communication throughout the project. Knocked it all out faster than expected and completed right at the price I expected to pay. Clean up could have been a bit more thorough but that’s a minor criticism.

They did an awesome job of removal of two dead trees and pruned a third. They kept me posted as to when it would be done and did a phenomenal job cleaning up. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

These guys are a cross Batman, Superman. Chris and the team worked real hard and did a fantastic job on removing our tree. When they were finished, it looked like they were never here. Cleaned up great. Highly recommended.

My family paid upfront and we’re told they’d be out to cut our tree in 3 weeks. After 3 months they finally came out to do what they told us would be done in 3 weeks, and we only got them to come out by calling every week. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT IT DONE ON TIME. By far the most unprofessional business we’ve ever worked with, and after we posted reviews on BBB etc they called us very angry that we posted about our horrible experience with them. Overall horrible experience by a company who makes empty promises we still have the original receipt that says they’d be out in 3 weeks.

Chris came out to my house to give me a quote for a tree removal and the second week he call to advise they would be removing tree the next week - talk about fast. They came to the house aprox. 8:30 a.m. and went i got home at 5:00 p.m. the tree was down and gone with fence replace in excellent condition. The young guy doing the cutting knew his business with included making sure the tree had ample space to fall - missing my deck and between two fence post. With cutting precising like a surgeon using a scapple. The price was very very fair as the tree was arox. 100 ft. tall. So if anyone needs a company that does excellent work - knowing what they are doing which is hard to fine this day and age may i suggestion would be Mitchell Tree Company. GREAT JOB GUYS !

Based on the short amount of time on site (they were already gone by around mid-day) they were expensive for simple pruning. Left ugly track marks in my front yard. Quick to take my $$ BUT zero response thus far to my complaint. Wish I'd done more research into the company. High price and shiny new vehicle driven by salesman shows where customers $$ go... (unless they pay a crew of 4 guys $50/Hour for less than 5 hours work.)

I highly recommend Mitchell Tree Company for all your tree needs. The owners are very knowledgeable, friendly, and fair with their pricing. They under-promised and over-delivered, which is hard to come by in this industry. Top quality work, and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Mitchell tree service gave us the best quote for two trees that we thought the only way we would be able to remove them was only if they came down by Mother nature because others wanted double or triple.
Crew did a good job and had the yard cleaned up when they finished.

Mitchell Tree Company was recommended by neighbors. This meant a lot to me, as I had a nightmare situation with a tree company in the past. More than one neighbor was pleased with them and they ended up with well-earned business in my addition. The trimming on my three trees is now complete. I could not be more pleased. The job was significant. The crews were pleasant, stayed on task in very cold weather and clean-up was super. The owner, Chris, kept in good contact and made sure I was pleased. I will recommend Mitchell to my family which is a best compliment to them.

Rodney came to service our yard a couple of times, he took care of our trees in the fall and spring. We had purchased a property that had been somewhat abandoned for two years so all the trees and bushes needed attention. 3 acres full! He was organized and worked hard the entire day. Each tree and bush received attention and because of that, our property looks gorgeous this spring because of the work completed. This is a company to trust with your property, an added benefit is that they are reasonably priced!

I solicited 9 tree service companies to trim out lots of dead branches from a large oak tree and to remove a crab apple tree. Mitchell's price was one of the two most competitive, so I selected them and because a friend recommended them. They arrived as scheduled and did a much better job than we had expected. They cut out all of the dead branches in the oak tree and did a great job cleaning up including removing lots of leaves that were in my yard before they arrived. They were a friendly, professional and knowledgeable team. We are really happy with their work and we would highly recommend Mitchell Tree Company to anyone needing a wide variety of tree and lawn services.

The crew were next door working and I had the best idia to inquire about service, they fit me in on the spot! Within 2 hours they had downed 3 trees and cleaned up the property. This may be the best inexpensive Xmas gift ever. Sad to say I wont be able to top it next year.

I’m very pleased with the work that the crew from Mitchell Trees did in our yard. We had multiple trees with large dead branches that needed cut ( that were close to our home and landscaping) plus very overgrown bushes in our front yard. The crew came out and exceeded our expectations on the work. The trees look great and the bushes were trimmed to accent the house beautifully. I was also very happy with how inexpensive it was. Very easy to deal with. I appreciated their quick response time and how well they communicated. I already had a quote from a competitor, but was not getting any answers to my voicemails or emails about when they could get my tree down.

I called JC on Thursday for a quote to remove the tree and left a message. He called me back within 15 minutes. They came out Saturday like he said they would, gave me a fair price, and got me right on the schedule.

They came out today and took down the tree, did a great job. They were quick and efficient. Very happy with their work and their customer service. Definitely recommend using these guys.

Josh and his crew of two men did a great job removing a diseased tree in a timely manner. They cleaned up the yard after. Josh will be returning to grind the stump and prepare for planting. I could not be more pleased with their work and professionalism. I highly recommend them. They will not disappoint.
