Nick and Theo came to our house after an outside water spigot leaked into the ceiling and walls in our basement. They were both very polite and professional in every sense and very hard workers. They got to work and got us dried out. Now for the recon team to start their work...Nick and Theo are great employees for your organization and it is hard to find people today with their commitment and care. Well done Nick and Theo!

ServPro was exemplary taking care of our flooded basement that happened while we were out of town. First, they found a way to approve the work while we were at the airport, and actually accepted approval as we were boarding the plane.
They immediately dispatched the team to start the work.
When we arrived home 6 hours later, we found the basement in order with mainly dry floor; they placed 23 dryers and three dehumidifiers strategically placed down there. They already removed wet drywall/insulation and cardboard. Our personal things were placed on risers to allow the floor to dry.
Through the week, ServPro kept in contact and checked humidity levels. They removed items (exercise equipment) already ruined by the flood .
They saved us from a terrible experience had we tried on our own.Even afterwards, they worked with the insurance company and even worked out a dispute they had.
ServPro spared us $800 in resolving this.All in all, everyone from ServPro gave exceptional service with experience to restore our home as good as it was before the flooding event.

I had a great experience with SERVPRO Luke and Nick did a great job they where always on time, courteous and very professional. They went out of there way to be sure my home was take of I am very pleased and would use then again! The person I spoke to on the phone getting started was very informative and got me scheduled ASAP!
