Property Pros has been amazing to work with and I would recommend them to anyone! We had a large project and our estimate was spot on, constant communication about what was going on with our project kept us informed and their attention to detail is impeccable. Dillon and his team worked through the winter (in the freezing cold) to lay pavers so that our patio would be finished by early spring. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed in a timely manner. Thanks for everything, we love our new backyard!

We enjoyed working with Chris Sander and team from the design of our composite deck to the landscaping around it. Chris walked us through the design and helped us understand what the project would entail. They were able to complete it earlier than expected and it is absolutely beautiful. He was able to look at our old deck and backyard and envision a deck that would be larger giving us the needed space to entertain. They checked in with us throughout the project and were responsive if we had questions. We are in love with our backyard oasis and look forward to using property pros again for future projects. Highly recommend them!

We were referred to Property Pros through our pool builder. We were set up to work with the designer to come up with our design. We were pretty put off when the design really didn’t fit the style or layout we discussed. I had even provided pictures. They had required a 1500 upfront fee for the design. When they didn’t produce the design we were looking for, we knew we were working with the wrong firm.
We went to another referred vendor who required no fee for the design but produced precisely what we asked for after the first consult.
Property Pros did not ever respond to our requests to have at least a portion of the fee returned. I believe 1500 for a design that was never implemented is pretty steep. I would have expected at least a 50% refund on the fee.
I am quite sure this company is capable of doing very good work based on who referred them to us.
We simply had a very poor experience.

Property Pros took over landscape management from another company about 2 yrs ago and the improvement has been excellent. They do their job very efficiently and on a timely basis. They are aware of pending weather conditions and do not a start a project if it appears the weather will turn bad and that it might affect the quality of their work. I found every one of the employees I’ve encountered to have a great work ethic and proud of the work they do and they are friendly. I’m very glad they’re on the job.

So happy with the work Property Pros has done at our home. They completed a large backyard project for us several years ago (pool hardscaping, firepit, landscaping, lighting), and we have been so pleased with their work in creating us an outdoor oasis. More recently, we just finished a project to address drainage issues on the other side of the house. They reinvigorated the front and side landscaping and also completed lighting work. The finished product is outstanding. Communication was excellent and overall just a great team. After working with them through two projects, I can honestly say that I would give them my highest recommendation and will certainly seek them out for future projects.

Update: the project described below was completed last fall after my sprinkler system was shut down for the winter. This spring during the start up, it was determined that one of my sprinkler lines had been cut accidentally. I called Property Pros concerning the situation. They were out the SAME DAY to repair the line. That's my definition of great service!

Just completed an early summer walk-through with the owner and he not only addressed pertinent landscape issues, but went above and beyond to remedy a completely unrelated electrical issue we had been tackling for several weeks! This level of attention and care demonstrates a true property partnership - very pleased!

From the beginning Property Pros stood up to their name (PROS). When Tracy Cox first met with us, we knew this was the company to create our backyard. She listened to our needs and wants and delivered it better than we could imagine. The group text with the crew and project managers was an excellent way to communicate with updates weekly. The crew showed up early and stayed late (always cleaning up when finished for the day). Everyone was professional in every way and made the whole process easy.

Property Pros is the best! I had them do a full remodel of my back yard, including everything from planting to hardscaping to fixing a major drainage issue with a 300 foot sump pump line to the ditch in my front yard.

We were so happy with their work that we hired them to do ongoing maintenance. Everything looks great, and my hands don't get dirty anymore!!

We had a few landscapers out to offer what they could do, and we chose Property Pros. Jeff asked questions and he listened! I wanted some boulders, but a specific look to them. He came up with a striking landscape plan (even our HOA said it was a lovely plan). The day it was put in two hard working and pleasant guys did the job; and it’s gorgeous! I love my boulders!
