Broken Oak Tree service is the best tree company to work with. We had a very large dead ash tree that was very close to our home. It was a very strategic process. They are very well experienced and affordable. We will be using them for all our tree needs in the future. Highly recommend!

Hands-down the best arborist-led tree service we've ever worked with! In addition to their fast response & customer service, we were impressed with their knowledge of trees and how best to trim and maintain. We live in a classified forest and have had several tree service groups on the property over the years. Broken Oak is truly a top-tier and we highly recommend!

We have relied on Keith and his team at Broken Oak Tree Service multiple times to take down some very large trees + trim back and limb other trees. They are always incredibly professional, on time, and do great work with very reasonable fees. They are the best!

Had a big limb fall down due to the bad storm overnight. I put in a free estimate quote request and Kevin called me not even 5 minutes later. Ended up stopping by to look at the tree and give his recommendation and pricing. In less than 2 hours from my original request, Kevin and his team had everything taken care of. I want to leave a review for this business for the outstanding job they did. From the time I first contacted them till the very end everyone was wonderful. Their communication and service was outstanding. Kevin contacted me shortly after I called asking for a quote on a tree removal and came immediately to answered all my questions and provide me an estimate. The crew came the same day I accepted the quote. Zak, Chris, Andy, and Tee came and did a fantastic job cutting down the tree and ensured the area was cleaned up after the tree was cut down. They even helped me remove some plants I wanted to save that was around the tree. Larry the stump grinder came by about a week later to grind the stump. I was so impressed with the work of this business that I will use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs work on their trees.

If you’re considering using Broken Oak Tree Service in Indianapolis, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This company has proven to be completely unreliable.

For over a year, they have been aware of a tree that needed to be removed at 1508 North New Jersey, with a sign posted and everything. Despite having all this time to take care of it, they and the owner of the home have yet to even start the process. Meanwhile, the tree has continued to pose a serious risk, causing damage and creating unnecessary hazards.

Because of their negligence, I had to have someone else to come out and trim the tree just to prevent further issues. It’s completely unacceptable that a company that claims to specialize in tree removal would leave a job sitting this long, especially when it’s actively causing problems.

If you need tree services in Indianapolis, I strongly recommend going with a more responsive and professional company. Broken Oak Tree Service has failed completely in communication, reliability, and follow-through. Save yourself the frustration and hire someone who will actually get the job done.
