Craig does a fantastic job. Save money on a repair for an older appliance unit rather than buying a new one that won’t last more than 2yr.

Craig was right on time and explained everything that was wrong and what we needed to do. He was very professional and friendly. I will definitely call them the next time any of my appliances needs repair.

Wonderful people, They are genuine up front and their pricing is so competitive. As far as i'm concerned, they have got a customer for life from this guy!!! I love it that they stand behind their products. Jeff and Craig are wonderful guys, honest and upfront. Called them on a wednesday morning and they finished my job on thursday morning.That is what you call fast service.

Great service and advise, i thought my refrigerator went out because the bottom of the fridge wasn't getting cold at all bout the top was still freezing the service tech told me there was nothing wrong with my refrigerator. He told to make sure the door is always shut when not using and to unplug for 24 hour so it can defrost, now it's working fine. He was honest and saved me money, thank you for your service.

I am so glad Appliance Network exists. Most of the time when an appliance fails, it can be fixed. The prices are very reasonable and the people are great. Before you go get a new appliance if something stops working, give these guys a call!

I had 1 repair man come out to fix my fridge because it wasn't cooling properly, he said it was to close to the wall and pulled it out, charged me $70, he said if that didn't work it would cost me $1000 to fix it. He didn't even look at it.

So Jeff came out and it was my compressor fan $350 and it was fixed. He also came back out and fixed my 27 year old Jenn Air oven that I had pretty much given up on. These people are honest and do great work.

I was very pleased with the service of this company. I had a dryer warranty issue, called on Saturday and they were able to come on Monday. Replaced the necessary items quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use their services again

I hate paying for a service call without ending up getting a repair done, but I understand the need, and their price was more reasonable than competitors. Overall, very happy with the knowledge, professionalism, and recommendation, of the technician. Will use again.

The technician, David was exceptionally quick to diagnose the problem, order and receive the part, and got the job done within one week. He was also very nice while here, called me with any progress, and set up the return visit

9/17. I called yesterday and let them know that it was malfunctioning again. Dave came back and did a small adjustment and leveled the machine. Dave did a great job!

Appliance Network was assigned our dryer repair through our home warranty policy. They called within hours of placing the claim, came the next day first thing in the am. Work was impeccable. I highly recommend them. (I can’t comment on pricing as I only paid my policy deductible.)

David is excellent. He was on time and did his work with wonderful precision. I will use this company again if I need appliance repairs. If I had one complaint it would be maybe things are a little pricey, but I think the service that is provided is worth the price. It’s hard to find a company that will come to your house and do the Job efficiently and timely.

I always trust this company. I have purchased many refurbished appliances from them for myself and others. They are always helpful. Today I had a dryer repair. My.druer worked, but made a horrible loud screeching noise, so they came and fixed me right up!!

The repairs guys are always kind and good at repairs. The people who work at the store are knowledgeable and helpful in person and by phone. I have recommended them to so many people. This is a good company to have in your contact list and use!!

My experience was great. I went into the sales/service location near me knowing that my dryer was beyond repair and found a used, but like new, dryer at a very reasonable price. The staff were professional and respectful. They arranged delivery, installation and haul away for the next day. Thanks Jeff for the prompt and excellent service.
