Appliance Network was assigned our dryer repair through our home warranty policy. They called within hours of placing the claim, came the next day first thing in the am. Work was impeccable. I highly recommend them. (I can’t comment on pricing as I only paid my policy deductible.)

One technician was friendly and polite, tried to fix our refrigerator. However the supervisor was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I was more than willing to understand how he determine his diagnosis but he was not willing to hear our side why his reasoning did not make any sense. He would over talk me and interrupted. He left by saying “I have my proof” and walked out. I kindly asked for him to wait ten minutes after he “fixed “ the issue to make sure it was fixed since this was the 4th time they have been out. He was not willing to wait and laughed at me. Never will use this company again due to this interaction.

David is excellent. He was on time and did his work with wonderful precision. I will use this company again if I need appliance repairs. If I had one complaint it would be maybe things are a little pricey, but I think the service that is provided is worth the price. It’s hard to find a company that will come to your house and do the Job efficiently and timely.

I always trust this company. I have purchased many refurbished appliances from them for myself and others. They are always helpful. Today I had a dryer repair. My.druer worked, but made a horrible loud screeching noise, so they came and fixed me right up!!

The repairs guys are always kind and good at repairs. The people who work at the store are knowledgeable and helpful in person and by phone. I have recommended them to so many people. This is a good company to have in your contact list and use!!

My experience was great. I went into the sales/service location near me knowing that my dryer was beyond repair and found a used, but like new, dryer at a very reasonable price. The staff were professional and respectful. They arranged delivery, installation and haul away for the next day. Thanks Jeff for the prompt and excellent service.
