I've had this company out 3 times prior and never had an issue. Last yr I had an issue with power going out in my room. He was called and came right out to look at the issue. He was able to temporarily fix and said the attic needed to be rewired. He was paid for his service that day and was asked to send me a quote for the attic. I got the estimate within a few days and paid it. After, I didn't hear from him for a while. I reached out in July 2025 to inquire when he was coming back out. He said he was waiting until the cooler months due to the attic being hotter. I agreed. It is now February 2026. I have called him 4 times in the last month, along with another family calling him. No one answers. We leave voicemails. No one calls back. They just refuse to answer at this point. Every time I call, I am able to leave a voicemail so he is checking them. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone ever again! I am highly upset that he pretty much stole my money. ​​

UPDATE*** I still have not heard from the company and filed a complaint with Indiana Attorney General's office. They have confirmed that I qualify for mediation and are going to attempt to contact business. If that doesn't work, then small claims court will be next.

Let me see registered with them at Menards told me they're going to give me a great price and then they dropped me called the wrong address wrong person and never got their service so I don't know that's just me maybe they didn't drop you when you have great service but for me I would never use them again

Bedroom bathroom and kitchen lost power during a storm. Ngr was out very promptly and had it fixed in about 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend this company.
