BEEEEEWAAAARRRREEE!!!!!!!!WE CONTACTED THIS COMPANY A WEEK AGO TO ROD THE BASEMENT THEY CAME THE DAY WE CALLED. THEY CHARGED $150 TO ROD THE BASEMENT 2 DAYS LATER THE BASEMENT FLOODED AGAIN. WE CALLED EVERY DAY FOR OVER 2 WEEKS WITH A PROMISE FOR A TECHNICIAN TO CALL AND WE HAD NO CALL. THIS COMPANY HAS NO VALUES THEY JUST TOOK OUR MONEY AND DIDNT STAND ON THERE SO CALLED 6 MONTHS WARRANTY..............

5 calls and still waiting for a call back. It's been 4 days. They offer a warranty they have no intention of honoring

I contacted AJ on 09/20 for a big plumming job I needed in my rental house, he took 5 days to come by and inspect it. He told me he can take the job and would give me a job proposal in writing by next day.... after a week of calling and texting him he told me he was sorry, he got busy but he'd send me the quote next day. I told him I'm not calling another plumber because he's saying he can take the job, he said not to worry, he'll send me the quote right away.... I've been calling him and he always says the same thing "tomorrow"....
Today 10/12 he finally called back me and said he lost his notes so he has to come back to see the house again.... TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! I lost 3 weeks because of him... I lost time and money... BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU! TRY ANOTHER PLUMBER WITH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

Came out to fix a sewer back up and a clogged utility sink. Quoted 350. Tried to rod floor drain. Said the floor needed to be busted up.Unclogged sink for $175. Left cause it was quitting time. With the floor drain backed up. So we did process of elimination which they didn't do. And cleared a clogged sink drain. Thankfully we figured it out. Wonder what they would have said when busting the floor up didn't repair it . Called and made a complaint. They offered to give a reduced price if we ever need them again. Should have offered to refund some of the money. Please call other plumbing companies if you want the work done correctly.

Several jobs contracted with this company over the years. Response time and diligence to jobs have waxed and waned over the years. The owner is super nice but does not have enough arms to reach every job locally and through the insurance claims. We have been waiting for several weeks for them to complete a job. Promises to do so have fallen on concrete without the curtesy of actually following through to completion. They will complete an estimate but will also pick and choose what jobs they want, it appears that they only want the easy drain rob out jobs as those are quick and dirty and lucrative. Anything that is comprehensive is problematic because they do not have trained plumbers. I believe that honest upfront communication is key and that people should not be led on by their unwillingness, reluctance or commitment to complete a job. Water or the lack of water supply is an essential part of daily living. I feel that this is rude to not follow up with a yes or no; and if a yes make sure you complete the job until its entirety. They will leave you hanging and wandering...... I guess this pushes you to move on without them actually saying move on.... just discourteous and rude. Just don't let these people be the only people you call.

I called and it was like pulling teeth to schedule an appointment. Then they didn't even show up. I missed half a day of work only to call and find out they hadn't gotten down the appointment. I made TWO calls to make sure I had all the information right, and they didn't even write down the appointment. Unbelievable.

Called them up, Young kid Kevin came out nice fellow. Took pictures of the work I wanted done. Never called , never came back nor have I been able too get a hold.of them. Sent text messages, nothing . Don't know what kinda business your running , if your not gonna follow up on your customers then what's the point in doing a inspection. Don't use this plumber, your warned. You pay for what you get, your ratings are in the low 3s for a reason.

Had them rod out my main drain. They had to come back 3 months later to redo it. Than had to come back again because it kept backing up. I asked them to rod it out to the street which wasn't done. Even called the water company to check the sewer and it was fine on their end. Very unprofessional.was always late. NEVER ON TIME. Didn't even respond when I tried to get them to come out to use my 4 month warranty I had to call as a new problem. Would not recommend. Find someone else.
