Had a very bad experience with Mitch of Two Brothers generators first day they came out they broke my mailbox second time they came out they didn't tighten a gas line lost almost my whole tank of propane propane company came out and said that was very shabby work and they had to redo it spoke to Mitch about compensation he has not returned my calls do not recommend them at all I paid for work to someone else had to redo

I called Two brotgers generators to get a guote on whole house generator. I receven a call the day of when they where suppose to come over for a quote. They said they have to reschedule due to the salesperson called in sick. I said ok and rescheduled for the following week. So the lady rescheduled me for the following week. The day they were suppose to come out again, i received another phone call saying they have to rescedule a 3rd time due to the salesperson called in sick. I told them to forget about it because its apparent that they dont want my buisness. i told the lady i am just going somewhere else to purchase it and get it installed. Im not a business owner by any means but i do know that you cant treat customers this way.
