Had 2 Brothers Generator install a 14kw GENERAC whole home generator on 7/8 and 7/15/22. All 3 installation crews were prompt, efficient, professional, and friendly. Work was completed in a timely fashion. One week later, 7/23 a storm came through and I lost power at 830 am, it is 6 pm and the generator is still running. At this time I am a 100% satisfied customer with 2 Brothers and the GENERAC product.

I was in the market for a generator so I had shopped around for about a year I went with two brothers generator after meeting with them and several other dealers they stood out because of their warranty and maintenance programs and the reviews were really good also they helped me get everything prepped prior to installation I needed a new gas meter with the generator being so big I have a large shop that was also connected The day of the install was easy the crew came in very courteous explained everything and really took pride in their job I was impressed with the installation and after the city inspector okayed everything they came back and went over everything explaining all the details very thorough Mitch wanted a schedule a follow-up a few weeks later I told him no need everything was fine he insisted he wanted to see how everything was I was blown away by this so we scheduled the meeting this was a good thing because also being a generator owner he gave me some tips of his own this company really takes pride in it's work and really cares about its customers I recommend them highly to everyone

i was amazed , had a whole house generator put in . no power loss for a year . and then suddenly my koi pond pumps went down . by time i said what the heck . the generator kicked on . full house power for 3 hours , and no difference in anything , couldn't hear generator from in house . i was so impressed , best investment i ever made . didn't realize power had come on after 3 hours , and only knew because i opened back patio doors , and generator had gone off.Then i looked out front and saw street lights on and other houses lit up . Two Brothers is an amazing company . made the process easy , and efficient..it really is a whole house generator.They automatically come out every year and change oil and filters and check everything. i live stress and worry free because of 2 brothers generator sales and service. highly highly professional company and highly recommended. 5 star company . thank you 2 brothers generator .you wont be sorry , when the power goes out . because they keep the power on for you . stays running until power is restored,, and no interruption of whole house power.

A update on my review for 2 brothers. I have been working with Mitch from 2 brothers. He has been very informative with me about the generator I am looking for. I have not purchased on as of yet but hope to do so soon. Mitch has gone the extra mile to try to help me. Thank you mitch.

Very professional and personal sales rep, office staff and installation group along with checking on our satisfaction after the installation. Very happy with all aspects of the sales and installation along with follow up.

We purchased our generator 15 years ago from the original owners and have had an annual maintenance contract with them ever since. They have always been very responsive and reliable. This past year a tornado damaged our electrical junction box causing substantial damage to the generator. Diagnosis of the damage and repair was unique and difficult requiring them to bring in another service provider to assist their technicians in making it right. If it wasn't for Carmen's diligence and follow up, I am not sure it would have ever gotten repaired. In a time where keeping competent help and getting parts is difficult, it is good to know there are still companies like Two Brothers around.

I had my generator inspected and Alexander was thorough, pleasant and patient with me in explaining that my battery had exploded; he promptly replaced the battery and cleaned the corroded area. He advised that the generator should be testing Friday’s at 2:00 to assure the health of the battery but if this test doesn’t happen to contact him if another problem may exist. I used another service last year and was not impressed but Al hit it out of the ballpark! I’m recommending Two Brothers to my family and friends.

Our questions were answered in a timely matter, they were very considerate about helping us to process where the best place was to set this generator. We are so thankful that we settled on this company to install our whole house generator. Hoping we never need it, but know that we are covered if we do!
