Platinum Remodeling LLC has done a great job. Our initial call was returned promptly and a time for an estimate scheduled. A thorough inspection of the roof was done and different options were offered and discussed. When the crew came out to do the work they were quick and efficient. No mess was left.

Platinum remodeling did an excellent job with r complete tear off and siding replacement and replaced 2 Doors for the garage and some gutters and soffit. I was very impressed with the team that came out to do the work above and beyond expectations great job. I also left you a Better Business review as well. I will always call Platinum for any type of remodeling or repairs for my home for life the owner Jason's attention to detail is what impressed me the most. He came out during the whole process to check on his guys and their work to inspect what he expects that's what good leaders do. Have a leak in my roof that was installed by platinum remodeling been trying to call for the past 2 days. No reply, no answers. They're dodging the phone. Do not want to honor their warranty

Do not contract Ms.Moore for any of the services she gives. Unless if you want the workers she has to put a lien on your house, a lien freezes your bank account until the workers are paid. She has not payed her workers that she said she was going to pay at the end of their finished job. This is unethical since her workers have worked in these extreme weather conditions not to get paid. This does require legal action which the home owners have no business to face, because a company couldn’t pay their workers. Has not responded to calls and has put a address that she does not live in. Do not trust her to complete your job while she does unethical things to her workers. Specially saying mean things to her workers. Do not contract this company!
