I scheduled service for 8-10 AM and no one showed up nor did I receive a call by 10:00. When I called to inquire I was told I would receive a call from a technician. An hour after they were supposed to arrive, at 11:00 I called again and was told to “rest assured the technician will be calling.” I asked if I could wait on the line for the receptionist to contact the technician and she said no. I cancelled services. 3 hours and no calls either notifying me they’d be late or confirming they’d be coming. I did not live at the service address so it was especially frustrating given I was waiting for nothing.

I called around 10am and had a technician at my door by 1230. Daniel was my tech and he was a very professional, knowledgeable guy that went above and beyond dealing with the ridiculousness of my old home and the problems I was having. Very satisfied, highly recommended. will be going to Muegge for all of my plumbing needs in the future.

Had a drain clog affecting entire house. I had tried to clear using an electric snake, but was unable. They dispatched Seth quickly, and he was able to get to the clog and clear it. He took care to keep mud out of the house, was friendly and explained what he was doing and how our pipes were routed. Service was great and would use again!

They inspected our 24 yr old AC/furnace. Gave me options to repair vs replace. Made sense to replace with updated system. Installed the new system the next day. Did great work at a good price. Very happy with the new system and the service. Will use them in the future for PM inspections and service. Highly recommend them. Happy to find a local company to support and trust.

I had a leak in water line to refrigerator, I knew where the leak was. When repairman came I told him where leak was. Also asked if he would replace old shut off valve to line. It took him 10 minutes to fix line he then spent 1 1/2 to 2 hours driving around to find shut off valve to fit . Didn’t find it then said someone in parts would call around to find and left. Charged me $185.00. Didn’t break down the bill showed it to my 83 year old husband. I didn’t see until I got e mail copy. I think I was charged for his driving around looking for shut off value. I won’t use them again for plumbing needs.

I have used Muegge for several years and they have been good. After a recent HVAC service call I had them come back to check a potential problem. The tech (Rob) spent 10 minutes and found no issue with the auxiliary heat staying on. He said the cost was $40 for the call. However when I got the bill the $40 was scratched off and changed to $105! I called Muegge and they said that is their price. This is excessive for what was done and dishonest, being told one price then charging far more. I will avoid this company in the future.
