Called Duncan Home Services this morning to schedule an inspection of my fridge/freezer and they scheduled me same day. Arrived on time and the technician was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated his thoroughness in diagnosing the issue and educating me on next steps I can take to ensure the problem doesn't persist. He didn't try to upsell me on anything at this time as he admitted he didn't want me throwing money at an issue without being 100% confident that was the underlying issue.

Very satisfied with their service and I'll be reaching out to them in the future with any appliance repair needs.

Tyler was prompt, very polite and efficient. He did his best to repair my dishwasher. Unfortunately it would cost more to repair than to replace. Tyler suggested several good brands to choose from. I appreciate his truthfulness. I would call Duncan again if I need appliances repair. Tyler gets my highest recommendation.

Great service. Prompt with appointment And very fair with the repair. Literally unplugged and plugged my refrigerator back in and it’s been running since. Didn’t try to sell me a repair part. Sean Is very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful.
