OLC installed a 15 x 22 deck and replaced a sliding glass door all in one day! 6 hardworking men showed up exactly on time, started working and never stopped until they were done. They were all professional, friendly, courteous, down to earth and amazingly talented. Their craftsmanship is excellent and they took great interest in the detail of the project and our specifics. They worked well together. We highly recommend them for any project and will definitely use them again in the future. We are definitely enjoying our beautiful new deck and door.

I can’t say enough about Outer Limits Construction! We hired them to completely redo our basement which included an egress window and full bathroom. Every single person was absolutely amazing. From Dave giving us the quote and answering all of our questions, Josh running the job from beginning to end, to the guys that working hard every day…it was a well oiled machine. Communication was spot on and the quality of work performed was top notch! We LOVE our basement and would HIGHLY recommend these guys. We will most definitely be using them again!

This review is much delayed, and I apologize, as they deserved an immediate, outstanding review! As a person who has been “burned” in the past, I am terrified to hire anyone for anything. I requested several quotes, some higher, some lower, for my screened porch, but the moment I spoke with Dave Bennett, I knew I was going to choose OLC. I could tell he would deal honestly with me, and I felt they would do a good job. Then we hit a snag… the permit would not go through due to an issue with someone in the permitting office. Dave spent a great deal of time going back-and-forth with this person and finally getting it through via his supervisor. Finally, it was time to build, and on that first day,
my son‘s car had a flat tire. We absolutely could not get the tire off, and they were kind enough to help us! From there, it just continued to be an amazing experience. They are not a “bare minimum“ kind of company. A stoop wasn’t even part of the quote, but they had extra concrete, so they quickly built a frame and added a stoop! The door could’ve been very basic, but they chose something really cute that added so much to the visual! The porch itself is amazing —- extremely well built. Dave and his team remodeled our master bathroom. They were very professional, quick to respond and got the job done in a timely manner. They turned an old garden tub area into a beautiful walk in shower with floor to ceiling tile and a tiny shower into a dream linen closet. I can't say enough about how happy we are with our new bathroom and would use them again in a heart beat!

This is Marilyn Gifford, Kailey's grandmother. We had our bathroom remodeled by this business. They executed our design perfectly and consulted with us throughout the project. It was an amazing experience working with this company. They were professional and respectful while working in our home.

We converted a bathtub area into an awesome tiled shower with safety grab bars for me. In addition, we added plumbing for a stacked washer and dryer in the new area. This business has done work for us previously by replacing our house windows and by building a deck. We highly recommend Outer Limits Construction for all remodeling and construction jobs. This business does what they say they will do in a timely manner.

These guys knocked it out of the park! I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Josh and the crew added 14 windows, 2 doors, added a new wall and trimmed it all out. Our old sunroom that we hardly ever used is now a brand new room we can use year around!

I can not emphasize how great this company is. I have used several contractors in the renovation of my home and the work Outer Limits did on my kitchen was far and above the rest. I will share some before and after photos but they do not do justice to the precision, care, and professionalism of the work. I heartily suggest you consider Outer Limits for any of your home improvement work.

I contacted OLC to come take a look at our fireplace I wanted redone. Dave was quick to respond and came out for an estimate soon after. Within a few weeks his team started and finished our fireplace within the timeframe given and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome! I will definitely be contacting them again for more home improvement projects!

I hit the jackpot with Outer Limits Construction. Honest, hardworking and creative. This team was outstanding in every possible way. They gutted and remade my master bath with all my crazy ideas. I wanted a steam-shower which they installed. Steam, jetted tube, Acupuncture jets, Rainfall shower and even a state-of-the-art sound system. They custom fitted the unit and transformed an old shower and water closet into a spacious modern comfort zone. These guys are conscientious and very professional and all around good folks! They pay attention to details and are engaged with your needs. I’m impressed and grateful to have worked with this group.

Working with Outer Limits Construction to refinish our basement after a water damage issue was a great experience. They installed new drywall and flooring and really made the whole process easy for us. Communication with Dave and Josh was great, quality of work was excellent and their price was extremely competitive. Outer Limits Construction did a beautiful job on installing new vinyl plank flooring throughout my kitchen, dining area, entry, and office. They completed all of the work the same day including moving bigger furniture items for us, removing the old vinyl and tile flooring, installing the new floor, finishing out the trim, and cleaning up the mess. The guys worked quickly and efficiently and were very professional. We were amazed to have the entire job completed in one day and not to be left with any mess to clean up after they left! Our project was a complete kitchen makeover. New ceiling, lighting, floor, cabinets, paint and to enlarge the opening from the kitchen to our formal dining area. A big project and OLC met the challenge! We worked with Dave Bennett from OLC and he answered phone calls, texts and emails promptly which is something we place a high value on for our experience. The workers were professional, polite and hard working. At the end of the workday they always cleaned up after themselves leaving the worksite tidy as possible. The process was long but OLC tried their best to make the process as painless as possible. The end result is we now have a kitchen we love, I wish I had before pictures so you could appreciate the after even more. OLC did a great job and we plan to hire them again when we start our next project!

Dave and his OLC crew previously finished our basement a few years ago and did an outstanding job. They recently built us a 12 by 16 foot deck. We used Trex. The project turned out just as we wanted.
