These guys preform great quality work everytime. I always enjoy working with them. They treat their customers like they want to be treated themselves.

Started project Oct. 11th. Still waiting for things to be completed properly and it's June 6th. Obviously, COVID hendered some things, but if they'd been completed properly the first time, we would've been done in January. Beyond that, our project was never prioritized and there were numerous dates of no call/no shows and very late shows. It was clear my time was not respected. A closet was to be created and it wasn't until after they'd cut a large hole in the wall/attic that they let us know there was an issue with the original dimensions. As professionals, one would think they would have came to that conclusion when inspecting the attic and room and drawing up the plans. At that point though, our options were to go with it as it was or have them close the hole back up. I would highly suggest they let clients know in advance of such drastic changes. The "closet" is more like a tiny cupboard, that only holds tops, and a drawer. The drawer was supposed to be sectioned, but they didn't even do that. They did at least give us a $100-$200 credit off the "closet". Also, the estimate amounts will change and they'll say they have one understanding of the project and then, change that understanding at the end. It will either cost more or not be done to the oral understanding.
We have 2 large projects to complete, which we'd planned on having them do. However, once we were 2-3 months in, it was clear we needed to go with another contractor for our other projects.

I wish I could rate ICS lower . Hired ICS to finish drywall for me on a commercial project . Work was horrible. She harasses the g.c and threatens liens if she has not received payment within a day of completion,( if you want to call it that ). Worst company I have ever worked with and will never hire ICS again.

This company is dishonest and deal in underhanded practices. They hired my crew and worked them for three weeks then tired to take them away from us inspite of a non solicit agreement then when they refused to go to work directly for them at a lower rate of pay they refused to pay a $22,000.00 bill for labor. We had to file a lien against the construction project with the general contractor. If the owner of this companies mouth is moving she's lying!!

Do not hire this company if you want honest, responsive and professional work. This company will cut every corner possible to get ahead and that includes the safety of there own employees. They promise to be onsite to start work but send guys who don’t know how to tie there shoe. The owner thinks it’s ok to rob Peter to pay Paul. Material is delivered in small doses rather than all at once causing guys to stand at idle waiting. There is no professional display on there fleet vehicles ,no logo, no phone number, nothing and the employees do not wear anything that identifies with this company. They will not supply enough tools to there employees and the equipment needed onsite to complete the work. Delays, delays, delays. The PM never seems to know anything about the project there on and a lot of material has to be ordered twice. There supervisors onsite seem pretty knowledgeable but consistently get undermined on project decisions making it impossible for them to run there jobs. The owner does not back up anything the supervisor says and has no problem cutting his legs off at the knees to make herself look in control. I would refrain from using this company and there’s a reason they have the lowest bid. You get what you pay for!!

This woman tried to pass off some sub par rental property to us and when we asked about the electrical problems she never called us back. Our son was looking to rent and could have been a good tenant but wasted precious time even trying to rent the property. We saw soon after it was occupied. Why not man up and state you had no intention of bringing your rental up to code? I wouldn't trust this company with my house plants.

We were needing backsplash installed in our kitchen and found Morgan Restoration and Restore from Google. Jon and his team have been fantastic! Extremely fair upfront price and quick to respond back to calls or texts with any questions we had. Will definitely be using again

We had our kitchen totally remodeled and are extremely satisfied with the work completed. The kitchen is beautiful and the guys were so professional and very knowledgeable of their trade. I would highly recommend them to do any job you may need. They are very fair in prices and help with decisions made on materials you choose.

Working with this team has been a pleasure! They're timeliness matches the quality of work that they demonstrated. We had a few circumstances that did not make our project easy but Jon and the team really bent over backwards to make this happen as quickly as possible without compromising the quality. The attention to detail they possess is unmatched. We will definitely be working with them again in the future for anything needing improvement with our home!

Jon and his team completely remodeled two of our bathrooms and did a great job. He made sure that everything was done right, even if that meant having
to do some work twice. We had an issue with defective tile and he worked with the tile company and made it right. I couldn't be happier with the end result!

Morgan Remodel responded quickly to our inquiry about remodeling our bathroom, worked with us to do it properly, and--despite supply chain issues, for which they needlessly apologized--created the bathroom of our dreams. The quality of their work is first rate, their concern with our satisfaction is welcome, and their professionalism is peerless. I recommend them without qualification.

I used Morgan Remodel for the past two years. They installed vinyl floor, installed shower door and added a new bathroom vanity. They do an excellent job and are always punctual and offer the most competitive rates. They do excellent work.

I highly recommend any work done by Morgan Remodel and Restore. I had a few big projects and saved budget to get them done in 2020. In March 2020, I hired Jon and his crew to install kitchen countertops and backsplash. When the pandemic hit the countertops got delayed at the manufacturer so we switched gears to replace our worn out deck, which then turned into renovating a defunct area of our home into a beautiful combination of home office and sunroom. All of the work done by these guys is high quality, you can tell they take great pride in their work. I would not hesitate to hire them for other projects.

Had a bedroom and patio addition done by Morgan Remodel. The renovation turned out well. The contractors and sub-contractors are professional, communicative, and great to work with.

Jon and his team installed luxury vinyl in our home. Other companies passed due to the extensive need for leveling. They reduced the need for transitions in two important areas. Jon is a problem solver, meticulous, and worked hard to meet our needs. Jon's pricing is fair and comparable to others in our area. He and his team are friendly and trustworthy. We are looking forward to them doing another project soon!
