Dave Pavan has worked with me on numerous jobs. I am a general contractor and in the course of remodeling and addition work, we encounter surgical brick and masonry repairs all the time. Dave is professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and prices his jobs quite fairly given his extensive experience and quality workmanship. Several clients have asked me for his info after their jobs are done to put him to work on other things and I always oblige them. I can’t say enough good things about Dave. You’re in good hands!

Dave did a great job repairing multiple areas of our foundation. He was quick to respond when first contacted and arrived for the estimate at the agreed upon time. We booked a few weeks out and he continued to stay in contact in that time frame to ensure we remained on track. He explained every step of the process in the beginning and then throughout. He was diligent about not destroying landscaping and ensuring any mess was removed upon completion. I would highly recommend!

Dave did a great job of repairing some improperly placed bricks at the base of our second floor window. We needed the job done before we replaced our windows which was already scheduled, and he came in and made quick work of it. Definitely recommend!

I contacted Dave after a failed foundation leak repair that resulted in tar being placed over five to six rows of bricks. Since there was no way to remove the tar from the bricks, and we could not find a match for the bricks, Dave suggested using limestone to match the stone on the front of the house. He did a great job with the repair, and the stone work looks like an original feature of the house.
I highly recommend Dave. He does great work for a reasonable price, and he is very conscientious with his work.

I had this idea to build a multi use fireplace to use up the pile of bricks left over from building the house 30 years ago. It took me about a year to do a proper concrete base and assemble the steel inner structure. Since I'm old, and don't work well on my hands and knees, I found some guys to lay the first few courses of brick for me. Then I started in on it. After three days of the worst messes I've ever made, I came to the realization I have no talent for bricklaying (had done block before but found out bricks are different animals). I called the guys back that had laid the first few, but they were booked up for more than six months out. Tried several others and it was the same story--all booked up. Finally found Dave. He was a little skeptical about picking up in the middle of the project but got right into it and did a great job for me. My architect friend calls it a work of art. Dave just closed an old window for us. He was great to work with all along and the quality of work was amazing- can’t tell there used to be a window there. I wouldn’t use anyone else!

Dave Pavan responded to my call quickly, came to my house and gave me a detailed estimate including the time it would take and price. The outcome was excellent. The project was done in the time he projected and he worked in a way that was respectful of my property. I am already planning on contacting him in the spring for another project

Dave did a great job fixing a crack in my foundation . He was timely and kept me up to date on the progress . He was curious and easy to work with . I’d highly recommend him .

Top notch! Our brick column mailbox was wiped out by a driver. Dave came out quickly, gave us a good quote, finished cleaning up the mess, and got to work. I was not expecting it to be done that fast! Looks great. 10/10 would recommend! :-)

I give Pavan All Masonry 5 out of 5 stars and would give more stars if possible! Dave Pavan (owner/operator) did fantastic work at my house. I just bought my home and needed to repair a cracked brick & mortar above my garage door, as well as removing the previous owners bad DIY attempt at fixing it. Dave made it look like new. He was easy to communicate with, provided a fair quote and watched the weather so my repairs could be done at a time that the quality wouldn’t be impacted by poor conditions. He paid immaculate attention to the finishing details. I’m extremely pleased with how my repair turned out. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Pavan All Masonry for any masonry repair.

Mr. Pavan did a very professional and resonalable job on our front porch repair we would definitely recommend him and if needed will use him again. He started working on our steps 18th through the 23rd of November 2023. Yes Mr. Pavan even took time from his Thanksgiving day to come by to finish working on the steps but made sure he didn't bother us because it was Thanksgiving day!
Mr. Pavan took off all the brick on two steps. Cut out one brick on the left side of the of porch top edge. Infield the brick on the top of the porch with cleaned salvaged brick.
Laid new brick on the top of both steps. Cleaned and removed all debris resulting from the work. Mr. Pavan returned and washed the brick with proprietary cleaner. We couldn't be happier our front porch is Beautiful! Thank you Mr. Pavan for your expertise and hard work! We greatly appreciate you!

We just had our chimney repaired by Dave. His work is high quality and the end result looks great. I highly recommed his services and will not hesitate to hire him again.

Dave did a wonderful job at matching our 70 year old limestone on a window infill job. Very courteous and meticulous. Very happy with his work and highly recommend.

Can't say enough good things about pavan masonry. He showed up when he told me would and kept me informed every step of the way. His work is above excellent. He really pays attention to detail. A true craftsman at his trade.

After having David Pavan do some work for me last year I contacted hime again for another job. The brick chimney on my house had a galvanized cap on the top of it that had rusted and then badly stained the bricks at the top of the chimney. David found a source for a stainless steel cap that would not rust and then repaired the top layers of the chimney and installed the new cap. He also identified a product to remove the rust stains from the bricks so that it was no longer unsightly. Unfortunately I did not get before and after photos but I was impressed by the difference.

Like the last time, I was completely satisfied with all aspects of his work and would highly recommend him for any masonry work. He is highly skilled, very dependable, and his price was much better than two other contractors that I had also checked with for this work. Another 5 star rating in this recent job.

I had a leak where our sun room connected to the main house that required extensive repair involving several disciplines of repair contractors (roofing, gutters, general carpentry, drywall, painting, masonry). I contacted three "A" rated masonry contractors to remove the exterior bricks in the affected area so extent of damage could be determined and repaired, and then to replace the bricks when the other repairs were completed. Part of that job would be to find a source of matching bricks since quite a few bricks on this 25 yr old house were damaged and not suitable for reuse. Two of those three contractors were not "A" rated in my opinion, one due to a much higher price than the others, and the other due to failure to respond back to questions on the quote despite repeated attempts to connect with that contractor. Pavan All Masonry was selected to do this work and displayed all the attributes of an "A++" contractor in my estimation. He responded promptly to my RFQ, explained exactly what it covered, was very willing to split the job into two time frames to allow other repair in the middle. He was excellent in communicating through out all the work - he was here when he said he would be, and called to explain if he was delayed for some reason. David Pavan, the owner, is almost compulsive about doing the work to the highest levels of quality and earning the customer's satisfaction with his work. I believe he is involved in all the jobs he undertakes in order to ensure they are completed to his high standards. He indicated that he could stain the new bricks to match the old ones if needed, but he was able to locate essentially exact matches to the old bricks by using two different sources. Based on my limited quote experience I believe his prices are very reasonable for the quality of work performed. I plan to use him on some chimney repair work later this year and most likely will not even bother to contact anyone else about doing this work. I highly recommend him without reservation.

Dave is an amazing and talented Mason. He retrofitted around this new sliding glass door where there previously wasn’t one. His experience, attention to detail, hard work and communication is above and beyond what you get from any contractors these days.

He is a true craftsman in his trade.

David did an awesome job on re-bricking our landscape wall. He was meticulous with protecting the landscape bed and surrounding grass and cleaned up the job site daily. The masonry work itself is flawless. We would highly recommend him for any masonry work needed and we plan on using him again in the near future.

Rebuild of my chimney was done very professionally! Not only added to the appearance of my house, but made it safe to enjoy my fireplace! Would recommend David for any masonry work you need done

Came on a cool , windy Saturday and took care of my bricking needs. Was polite, and cleaned up nicely. Took some time to get him here, but he came, inspected my needs (removing/ closing a dryer vent) found some old house brick I had laying around and took them back to his shop to clean and prep them for his return/install. Nice guy, good work! Would use him again.
