Alex from Carter's was quick to check on our plumbing leak (responding within hours of calling) and was able to replace all of our under house piping within a day. They were also quick to respond to a follow up issue and always professional as well as reasonably priced.

We got a new water heater about 5 years ago through Carter's. They have come to do yearly maintenance/sediment flush since. They are kind courteous, professional, and always do a great job.

We had Carter's out here today to replace our water heater and put in a water softener, and they were awesome! Joedy , the office manager, came out and inspected the area and then gave us a quote. Joedy is really great at working with customers on cost, which I really appreciate. He arranged for a team (Wesley and Isaiah) to come out here shortly thereafter. Wesley and Isaiah spent several hours meticulously emptying the old one, reworking a fair bit of the copper piping and adding a stop valve (because the previous owner of our home who installed it fancied himself a very handyman... that was not, in fact the case), and then they installed the new unit and the water softener. They answered all my questions and were super nice and patient as I peppered them with a variety of questions.
This is the second time we have had Carter's out to our house. The last time was in July of 2023 and they did an entire remodel of our master bathroom to replace a 20 year-old, cracked, garden tub.
My mom has been using Carter's since the early 2000s. They have replaced her water heater and they call yearly (on-the-dot) to schedule a time to have someone come out and tune it up and empty it (included in their install and warranty).
Given my mom's experience and my own, I cannot recommend Carter's enough!
