My experience with Elite Clean was wonderful. Mr. Dwayne always responded to my calls and messages. He was very respectful and courteous. My home was severely damaged by hurricane Ida and I was devastated but Dwayne took alot of worries off of my mind by taking care of all of the arrangements and set up the demo to the trash hauling. Dwayne and Roy came into my home and explained the process to me as well as assure me that they will handle everything and they did. I feel like Dwayne and Roy went above and beyond because I was a nervous reck about all of the things that I had to do and these 2 young men especially Dwayne took care of everything that he promised. Thanks Elite Clean for sendubg Dwayne and Roy for coming out to my home and making my life a little easier.

I called several different mitigation companies around the area to inquire which company could provide someone right away. Elite Clean Restoration was able to send someone out IMMEDIATELY while other complaints were telling me between 24-72 hours. Thank you again for your prompt response and service. I had believed I had mold growth in my crawl space, in which they confirmed when coming out. They walked me through the process of what the mold mitigation would consist of.

I used this company because of a large flood and sewer backup and had caused damage. The owner and his team arrived on time with proper equipment. They handle full cleanup and restoration all in-house. They even worked directly with the insurance company as a public adjuster. It’s hard to recommend anyone these days, but i am confident you will be happy with Elite Clean Restoration. I was very pleased with them.

My sub pump stopped working in my basement and water was everywhere. I called my insurance company and they referred me to Elite Clean Restoration.
I gave Dwayne a call and less than a hour Dwayne and his crew came into my home and accessed my situation and came up with a plan of action.
Dwayne was very knowledgeable, professional and most importantly to me personal and I was surprised how quickly that they got the water pumped out of my basement and then dried within three days!!!

It has been a year since i used Elite Clean Restoration for both commercial and residential. I would not have used the residential had not the commercial went well. It truly went well and I was very happy with the technicians as they treated my home and business as if it were their own. Last year in February here in Texas we had bad weather. We were not prepared at all for what has took place with pipes bursting at my home and place of business. I can not thank them enough. It's a year later and we're STILL satisfied. 5 stars

I was VERY impressed with Elite Clean Restoration. I was a new homeowner and downstairs tri-level flooded. I had just had new carpet laid also. I contacted them late in the night and they were out extremely quick. They made sure everything was taken care of correctly and also advised me what to do after they left to insure that my new carpet would not be ruined. I would definitely recommend using this company.

Unfortunately, about 2 weeks ago, a I had a pipe burst in my home and had the ultimate flood throughout the entire first floor of my home. we were unable to get anyone out right away to fix it allowing water to continue to leak for 3 extra days beyond the day of the initial break. That then led to a sufficient amount of water to sit for a total of 5 days before I it being cleaned and treated. After being shot down by 3
Other company’s with nobody being able to make my services needed a priority it was Elite Clean that was out to my house by the next morning To start treatment on the excessive water damage. I personally dealt with a guy named Perry, I believe, and he came out the same day I called to take a look at everything and give me an estimate. By the next morning he was back and did his job the fullest. With anyone I dealt with through Elite, they were professional, Curteous, extremely empathetic towards my situation, and willing to help. Prices were reasonable and overall performance and service was definitely great! It was just in a matter of time I was back in my home with my children and comfortable! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Dwayne and Roy were amazing! They came out and got to work saving my crawl space from water damage very quickly. They were very thorough, professional and helpful explaining the process to me. They saved my crawl space and my hardwood floors in my house! I cannot praise and thank them enough for all their hard work! I have already been spreading their name around for anyone who may ever need their help. Thank you guys so much.

We had water damage in our kitchen. Elite Clean Restoration promptly got a plan together and started drying up the damaged floor. Dewayne arrived, masked up and ready to go. He was beyond helpful and knowledgeable about the situation. I felt comfortable welcoming him into my home and handling the situation. Now that it is dried up we can get on to the repairs. Thanks again. We highly recommend!

If I could give negative stars I 100% would! This company gave me the run around for 6 weeks, blew me off and just didn't show up 4 times that were scheduled and the management didn't even know. They tried to convince me they only needed to do about 1/3 of the work quoted and retaliated when I made them be true to their word. They broke many items in my house, tried to use my coffee tables as a step ladder and broke them, they broke my thermostat off the wall and left my house an absolute mess. I had to take them to court to fix their carelessness. If you use this company then you are asking to get ripped off and screwed over! Do not use this company and check their bbb ratings instead of their Google ratings, which I guarantee they had friends and family post because they were the absolute worst company I've ever hired for any type of work.

I was glad to call and use this company. They were very knowledgeable and explain what was wrong. He had a lot of patience while working with me because I was very upset about the circumstances of what was taken place at my home. I was extremely satisfied with this company. I would see definitely recommend. Also e owner is very nice and knowledgeable when it came to my insurance claim. Dwayne and crew helped clean up after our washing machine broke and flooded our laundry room. They my husband and I understand our restoration options, the time and effort it would take to clean, dry, and repair the laundry room area and any other affected area. They were so friendly and knowledgeable. Very happy with this company.

Perry was absolutely on top of everything! He was extremely professional, personable, proactive, and on overall on top of the job and completely everything needed done. My mother had a flood in her home and he was out to her home within 24 hours. He was very commutative throughout the entire process and made recommendations that would save her money yet most effective. The work done was impeccable. I will be recommending to any friends and family who need anything done in reference to water damage.

I would like to say that I am very impressed with Elite Clean Restoration and especially Colonious he is a professional who always looks out for the customers needs.

They asked to move the original day and time for the initial inspection and then didn’t show up at the new time, but then DID show up at the original time. Fine, at least they showed up at all I guess. But then they wouldn’t provide an anticipated start date until I committed to using them. I was initially hesitant to commit without having some general idea as to when they could do the work, plus I was still gathering quotes. They finally gave me an anticipated timeframe (which was acceptable) so I committed to going with them and sent them a copy of my insurance estimate, and they said they would contact me with an exact start date as soon as they finalized the paperwork. This was all via text. Didn’t hear anything for a week so I sent a text checking on start date. No response. A week later I sent another text to which they replied the following day that they were all booked up and couldn’t do my job. Blamed it on the fact that I didn’t initially commit because I was gathering other quotes (which is my right as a consumer) and that they hadn’t been able to come to my house and properly inspect — even though I offered to arrange that and they declined, explicitly saying that they already had enough photos and would let me know if they couldn’t just work off of the insurance estimate. But they didn’t let me know anything. Very poor communication (when there was any at all) and then they wasted WEEKS of my time. Terrible customer service.

I am sorry but not sorry that after several inspections that the most thorough person and company was Colonious with Elite Clean Restoration give them a call for anything that you need… Thank you ELITE CLEAN RESTORATION
