I'm extremely dissatisfied with your services. We've been loyal clients for years, consistently recommending you to friends and family. However, our experience today has turned us against your business. My husband booked an appointment for a cleaning, but we also needed our air conditioner checked due to some issues he brought up during the initial call. He specifically asked if both concerns could be addressed in the same visit, and the representative assured him it would be taken care of. The next available appointment slot was three weeks later. My husband adjusted his schedule accordingly.

But yesterday, we received a call informing us that our service had been cancelled due to not being considered high-priority because it was just a cleaning job. My husband called back and spoke with another representative who seemed unconcerned about the situation. He explained the issue and was told there were no notes taken from the initial conversation. The representative offered an alternative appointment date, which my husband declined.

This type of customer service is unacceptable and surprising given our years-long loyalty to your business. Now, I'm left searching for a new company and hoping that my air conditioner doesn't break before finding a suitable replacement.

We hired a technician today for our air conditioning issues at home. The guy who came out, Dave, was super knowledgeable and figured out what was wrong with our A/C in under 30 minutes. He got us the parts we needed right away and had it up and running again before lunchtime.
