Horrible business practice. I called and scheduled an appointment. This company scheduled me for a Monday between 12 - 4 pm. They never showed are called. I called them and got hung up on.

Loved the service, very smooth experience from the time I picked up the phone till the service man left. Very affordable, and the young man gave me the breakdown of what I and my washer needed. Very professional and knowledgeable. Did not realize I was using too much soap.

Called victor and he showed up next day on time. Fixed it quick at expected price. Professional and friendly. He does light HVAC and all kinds of appliances. Good guy to know.

My elderly mother had a Home Warranty who wrote off her washer as junk. After calling several appliance repair companies Prime Appliance Services accepted the job and much to our suprise the technician found that a part had simply disconnected its self so he reconnected it charged my mom 90 dollars for the job while home warranty was charging 800. Prime Appliance Services is 100% HONEST!

I use this company exclusively anytime one of my utilities or appliances has an issue. He does great work. Every time he comes out either the problem gets solved or the parts get ordered.

Our NXR Range stopped heating, they came and had it working very quickly! Clean and professional technician . Office staff very friendly. Was late by 10 minutes but overall happy.

I did not even get a receipt for the $85 service call. The tech was rude when he was in my home and when he called back with an outrageous price $350 on top of the $85 I already wasted on this company Pfor a drain pump which he's not even sure I need. He refused to give me his name or his supervisor's or allow me to speak to him. He only said "Do you want the work done or not?" He hung up on me.

They came within the window stated, and got the job done. Josh was very professional and knowledgeable about the problem with my oven. The person over the phone, I believe it was Victor was great in understanding my problem.

I'd give Victor 6 stars if I could. 16 year old washing machine was leaking. Prompt response, he was clear about possible causes and costs, and he had the part on his truck!

I called and they came out the same day. The tech and his trainee were professional and friendly. They also came with masks on without being asked. The price was fair for the work they did. I will definitely use them again.

Called to schedule an appointment and couldn’t get a straight answer on whether the service call charge would apply to final charges. After trying to request understanding the guy hung up on me. Rude and unprofessional. Found online and have scheduled with another company who clearly explained their service charge and final charge combo. Will never call this company again.

I had a commercial freezer acting up at one of my hotels. It was not cooling properly. Victor came earlier than scheduled to diagnose and offer advice after his repair. Very professional company and they charge a fair price. Will be calling this company for all our future appliance repair needs.

I had an appointment 5/5/20 to repair my GE wash machine that needed a new timer switch.
I gave him all the information in how it was acting up . I had ordered a new timer switch
to replace the bad original one , but it turned out i was sent the wrong timer.
He hooked up the original timer back into the machine, called me over to say it works.
It did all the things it wouldn't do days earlier like fill with water,spin ,etc when you moved it thru each step.
He said it runs now and yes the timer is bad for the knob keeps popping up.

I was charged $65 for his house call with him stating he would keep looking for one for me.
We tried the wash machine out 2 days later and discovered that it no longer advances to each step in the selected wash cycle.
You have to physically and
manually move the timer dial to each step to make it spin,drain,rinxe,etc.
I told him i had been certified as a Whirlpool Service Technician back in 2005 so I'm no stranger to appliances and have ordered parts to repair appliances..He did a search on his phone , couldn't find the correct timer for my machine ,said he would try to find it , asked for my credit card , received his payment and heard nothing since.
Since he left i have found the correct needed GE timer switch at 3 other sites , i have since ordered the timer i need and have also been notified of a refund from the other parts supplier.
So i was left with a bad experience, $65 dollars less and,also knowing i wouldn't hear from him again about that part for me plus him making me feel as if i was stupid or dumb and didn't know what i was doing or talking about.
Since he did nothing to repair it ,it seems as if had got it functioning with filling, washing , spinning with the 3 resets i had tried days before he came by unplugging it and opening closing the lid 6 quick times in the alloted seconds required to reset the wash machine.

Washing machine quit working night before, called in the morning and it was fixed by 2:30 thanks to Victor.

Victor is a great technician! He is also very personable. He came in and quickly assessed the problem. After repair he tested it four times to make sure it was fixed. The charge was way lower than what I expected! Great job, and quick!
