We had a remarkable experience with Hoosier Stump Removal from the first contact to the job completion. The communication was outstanding both from Mark and the customer service rep Sereda.
The price was very reasonable for our budget.

We would highly recommend Hoosier Stump Removal.

Would recommend Mark / Hoosier Stump Remover to anyone looking for tree work and stump removal services. Mark is incredibly professional, detail oriented and ensures he knows exactly what your plan / goals are for the project. We had 10 stumps ranging from 8” to 36” in diameter and after Mark was done you wouldn’t ever have known there were there, even re-raked the mulch when he was done. The video quote submission also makes the estimate process really seamless!

I was looking for someone to remove 2 stumps in my yard. I contacted a couple of tree services and a stump removal business. Hooiser Stump Remover contacted me quickly as others too a couple of days. Mark Humpfer set up an appointment with me and was on time. He evaluated the site and gave me a price which was very reasonable. He set up a day to do the job, arrived on time and took great care of the lawn with his tractor. The crew was very nice, took extra care in the removal and cleaned the are and fixed any ruts created by the machine. I strongly recommend HOOSIER STUMP REMOVER company to remove your stumps.

I needed a large stump removed after storm damage on March 30, 2025. I called Hoosier Stump Remover after reading the reviews. I called and sent pictures. They came out and gave me an estimate. I approved the estimate and the stump was removed. The entire process was smooth. Communication was excellent. I would give them 10 stars and more.

Mark and team were fantastic start-to-finish from the quote experience to having seven stumps in my yard removed.

The team was very professional. They used proper equipment and impressive technique. The crew was mindful of debris and even went the extra mile for an on the spot request. They never stopped working once they got on the job site and were courteous to neighbors.

10/10 would recommend and will use them again should I need it.

Mark did a great job grinding down our stump and removing it! We would highly recommend him! He was very friendly and professional! We would definitely use his service again!

Mark, did a great job when was at our house. He was very professional, easy to talk too, and he got the job done faster than planned. I would use him again when we cut more trees down in the future.

Mark came out from Hoosier Stump Remover, after a quick turn around time from start to finish with our initial call, quote and schedule of service. His price was surprisingly low and fair compared to the competition out there. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We have several trees in our front yard with some being very close to our home and causing issues with our clay pipes. We are trying to remove them strategically without causing a bigger problem. Mark was able to answer questions and concerns.

He removed two stumps in less time than it took to unload his gear. He mulched it up and bleanded it well in the area. Can’t tell they were ever there. A added bonus. We can now deal with the landscaping at our convenience. 10/10 would highly recommend. Job well done and will use again in the future, as we have bigger trees to come
