Very informative of which plants would be replaced and moved around so that my garden is pretty to look at and looks so much more organized. Everything was cleaned up and orderly. I’ve had many compliments on it!

TL Design made our dream landscape design come true! Was very professional and had a desire to learn exactly what we wanted and delivered! The rendering and 3D modeling of our plan was amazing. TL Design even consulted with our landscaper to ensure the design was executed correctly.

We truly enjoyed working with Teresa to design a landscape plan that incorporated everything we wanted while allowing us to slowly phase in projects one at a time to fit with our budget. She created a backyard oasis that added trees, native shrubs, native perennials, and native grasses for privacy; an expanded patio with pergola for shade; and custom-made raised beds for growing vegetables. For our front yard, she designed a gorgeous, HOA-friendly landscape with native plants (shrubs, perennial flowers, grasses, and sedges) that will give us pops of color all year long and attract birds and butterflies. The landscaping company who did the installation was also wonderful and made the process so easy. We have received so many compliments from our neighbors already, and we absolutely love the way it all came together!

Teresa has amazing talent. She took our sad, drab landscape and turned it into an English Garden, just as I wanted. She thought of things I would not have thought of. She took her time and collaborated beautifully with me. This project was a long time coming for us and I'm so glad we chose her to step in to help with the vision. It's just gorgeous. She went above and beyond.

When I decided what type of landscape I wanted, I knew I needed someone who was knowledgeable in Native /Pollinator plants. Teresa with TLDesigns was the person I choose. Teresa knows her stuff. She took the time to work one on one with me to help me design the landscape I wanted. She choose plants that fit the plan I wanted. She asked me to send her my ideas and she was more than willing to incorporate my ideas into her design plan for me. The end result was beautiful. I have received many compliments on my landscape, one random person left a note card complimenting my landscape. Thank you Teresa for your expertise and talent.

Teresa was great to work with. We moved into our house and the backyard was a mess. We wanted native plants in order to attract butterflies and bees. Plus, I'm all about the low maintenance perennials. Teresa made a wonderful plan that met all of our needs. She listened to what we wanted. And, she hooked us up with a company to implement her plan. I would highly recommend this company!

I had researched some local companies and decided to reach out to TL Design. I had an immediate response from Teresa and she was able to beat other companies out to survey my house. After doing the survey with Teresa, there was no need to bid out my job to anybody else. Teresa did a great job asking questions on what we were looking for and had great suggestions along the way. She worked around our schedule and our budgets to deliver a product that far exceeded our expectations.

Teresa made the suggestion of utilizing local contractors in the area that she had experience with. She took initiative on everything and has checked in periodically throughout the installation process.

TL Design did a fantastic job of architecting, planning, and managing our project. Teresa was great at capturing all of the elements that we were looking for and is truly an expert in her field. Drawings, plant and feature recommendations were excellent. Teresa has great industry relationships with landscape contractors, which allowed for our project to execute successfully. I would highly recommend TL Design and definitely use them again.

Teresa was a game changer. She was easy to work with and always available. She helped come up with the perfect landscape design (including fire pit, grill, etc.). She worked with our landscaper to fine tune the details and take the pressure off me. She was the gem I found to make my backyard oasis. 5 stars is not enough stars in my opinion. If you are looking for a backyard design use TL Design. I promise you will happy you decided to use Teresa. Thank you for being someone I could trust. It has been such an amazing experience working with the TL Design team. Teresa has been absolutely great. She is incredibly talented and really takes the time to get to know you in order to build designs that will bring your vision to life. Teresa came to our home and walked our property with us to better understand our wish list and personal style. She could not have been more attentive really just above and beyond. Teresa was easy to work with and came back with great plans and even with recommended options to switch out any plants we did not love. Her attention to detail and timely responses were greatly appreciated. She was able to recommend an amazing landscaping group to bring her design to life. She really is a one stop shop. I cannot recommend Teresa and TL Design enough!!

I found TL Design through Facebook recommendations and we are thrilled that we hired Teresa Lekan to design our yard. I wrote her an email detailing everything that irritated me about our yard: the lack of shade in the afternoon, the way dirt accumulates on our driveway after every rain, the swampy area along the back fence, the lack of a place to socialize in the backyard. Her design addressed all of our concerns and then some. She took our very drab front yard and added tremendous curb appeal. We now have a patio where we can dine and a firepit to gather around with plantings that add color and privacy. There are water loving plants along the back fence that will grow into a lovely backdrop for our yard. The kids love hanging out outside now, and we couldn't be happier about choosing Teresa to make our home so much more livable. Highly recommended!

Teresa was great to work with. Sitting down with her in our initial meeting helped convey what we wanted accomplished given our budget.
Her design plan was great capturing all the key elements that we wanted. We ended up deciding to do part of the install while a contractor, recommended by Teresa, did the more involved and more difficult work. TL Design helped coordinate my activity and that of the contractor, helped insure the right plant selection, all of which which made for a good experience. The results are awesome.
I highly recommend TL design and would be my design choice for future projects.

I highly recommend Teresa for any landscaping projects! She has done such a phenomenal job integrating our plant preferences and native plants into an overall landscape design for our back, side and front yard. She is patient, understanding, and meticulous. Not only has she designed the spaces but she has shopped and coordinated plant orders. Thus, making a DIY plant install possible!
