Extremely professional, courteous, and friendly. Appointment was on time and efficient. Very knowledgeable, even though my furnace is 45 plus years old. Due to the age of the furnace, I was given signs to be on the lookout for to make sure I don't have future issues. Will definitely use them if needed again for any heating/cooling or electrical issues.

Cruz Electric and handy service did a good job. The technician Steven worked hard to resolve my electrical problems.He was determined to find out what was causing my electrical problems. He worked several hours to find the problem. Once he found what the problem was he worked until everything was working properly. Thumb up to Cruz Electric 👍🏽

Steve and his son are the BEST. They fixed what others couldn't. I had a central air unit installed last year and didn't get to use it It never worked correctly and the contractors just made excuses. Steve and his son fixed the unit thst the other contractor messed up.I thank God for these guys!! He was very thorough, explained things to me and patiently answered all of my questions. He repaired my electrical issues and was extremely reasonable in price. I have had a good experience with Cruz Electric & Handy Services. They have been very professional, responsive, and punctual as well as a good value. I would not hesitate to recommend them. I called Steve. He came out immediately, assessed the situation and I had a reliable estimate within a couple hours and an estimate for two houses within a day. The work was neat and professionally done.

The service was awesome! They arrived within the time quoted, and met all our needs!

Mr Cruz was very understanding and open to my concerns in order to resolve my AC issue. He said he would stick with me until he got my AC operating. This put me at ease. He scheduled an appointment and arrived to identify the issue. The necessary part required AHS approval. He returned later, but because of water damage, removing the part proved impossible. The only option to remove the part was to grind the screw. Without the necessary tool, Mr Cruz rescheduled and returned with the needed tool. Going beyond expectations, he grinded the screw. He then realized the parts store had sold him one critical piece in the incorrect size. It was the end of the business day, the parts store was now closed. This would mean another weekend without AC and another scheduled appointment. So again, going beyond expectations, Mr. Cruz drove to his home to retrieve a new, unused part he had on hand. He soon returned with the correct sized part to finish the job. Mr. Cruz keep his word to stick with me until he got my AC operating. Thank you Mr. Cruz! I'm rating your service 5 star. It was!!

Tell ya what, Steve Cruz should PROUDLY stand behind his work, cause He does a bang-up job and even cleans up afterwards....We got such a good deal that We GLADLY tipped Him for His outstanding work! I'll DEFINITELY be using Mr. Cruz's expertise and experience again this summer when I hire Him for more jobs!....By the way, they came within a couple hours of calling them!... now, THAT'S almost unheard of!
