What a great group of people. Our old HVAC system was failing and needed replaced. Adam came out next day and looked over what we had and suggested a Gree Flexx. Within a few days Julie sent me a quote with choices and options while I was traveling for work. They emailed with me between meetings to answer my questions and to schedule the installation. Adam and the team showed up Wednesday to replace the old system and fix various other issues. They did a beautiful job and everything works great. Call them before anyone else. I made the mistake to call FAWN River HC who left me in the cold for 4 days.
I called MUSIC after hours and the owner walked me through a few things, but they still needed to come out.

The techs are professional and caring.

Called in the late evening, sent Les out the next morning. He called to verify address and let me know he was coming, diagnosed and repaired what needed fixing and was courteous the entire time. Highly recommend!
