All Points was the only one that came to our rescue after seeing pictures of our newly purchased 123yr old deteriorating, leaking chimney. It was on a steep, wet, metal roof and they did a great job on the repair at a fantastic price!!! I definitely recommend them!!

First of all, when I called, I was greeted by a very friendly voice who was happy to help. I requested a quote for some work which was scheduled at my convenience. When Brad showed up, he was very polite, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. He detailed the required repairs I would need and showed me the best gas log suited for my home without pressuring me into something that was not needed, just so he could have a higher sale. The price I was given was more than reasonable, in fact, I'm certain that I received more than I paid for. The repairs were done with high quality craftsmanship and in a very timely manner. Brad even came over to install the new gas log himself and show me how to operate it correctly. I may have a second fireplace installed just so I can use their services again, thanks!

After installation, 4 years later Service Tech Logan came out to the house and helped me get the pilot light. Fast, friendly service!

Brad is amazing! He was very thorough when inspecting and cleaning our Chimney. He was very knowledge about all our options and gave us direct answers and pricing. He went above and beyond to help accommodate us and make sure we were taken care of! His work is extremely professional and our gas insert looks amazing, better than we could have expected! All Points Chimney did an excellent job fixing my crumbling chimney and installing a new flue liner. They gave me very reasonable estimate, performed the work efficiently, and they were a pleasure to do business with. I now have a wood burning stove heating my house thanks to All Points Chimney!

Our gas log fireplace suddenly stopped working. Another company wanted to replace the whole thing because "it was time". A friend told us about All Points Chimney and they did not disappoint! They truly came to the rescue as it turns out our fireplace didn't need to be replaced. The technicians were knowledgeable, found the issue, and fixed it in no time.

I could not be happier with this company. They repaired the outside of my chimney on a home we just purchased. I then asked about converting my gas assist wood burning fireplace into a gas log. He removed the old brass doors, painted the firebox and installed the gas log with remote. These guys always have a great attitude and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend!

I had two wood burning fireplaces cleaned and inspected. They were very professional and polite. The guys took off their shoes when entering and went over both cleanings with me, discussing possible future hazards and maintenance. Do not hesitate to give them a call!
