Called told him I ran diagnostic and told him the code. Came by for 5 minutes ran the washer diagnostic and confirmed the code i told him and told me to buy a new washer and handed me a bill for 120 bucks. Scammer

Larry Rader no longer does repairs, but they still sell parts. 5 stars for their customer service!

We called about our oven sands we were told he'd be out by the end of the week. 2 weeks later he finally got to us. He unscrewed a few screws, told us the burner was bad. He asked if we wanted him to order it and we told him we would in order to save money and install it ourselves. He mumbled something under his and then charged $95. $60 for labor. He didn't even screw things back together. He did more on previous visits and charged less. Never will use again.

Larry came out & diagnosed our issue within 20 minutes of arriving, it took a couple days for the part to come in & he was able to fit me in that very day to install the new part. This mama was very happy to have her washing machine back up & running so quickly. Highly recommend.
