We were looking for a small, local company to fix a leaky water heater pressure release valve in our home. Called two days in a row, left two voicemails, and never heard a word back. Unprofessional and unresponsive.

We hired Stidams Plumbing for drain cleaning to stop backup and unplug the drain. Everything is running smoothly and it was done in under an hour! Reasonably priced. Didn’t even wake our sleeping baby😆

I called for an estimate on a tub drain replacement - They were in the next day to take a look and gave me an estimate several hundred dollars less than their competitor. Two business days later they were in to replace the drain and were done extremely quickly, all without any extra charge for coming in after 5pm so I didn't have to take time off work. Thank you!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with this business. The professional asked me to leave the key so he could finish the job, but unfortunately, he never did. My son also reached out to him, asking him to complete the work, but nothing has been done. It would have been considerate to at least inform us if he wasn’t interested in finishing the job. This lack of communication and professionalism is very disheartening.

Justin was very reliable. Up front about the cost of installation and parts. He was on time when he said he would. He worked with me about everything involved. I would recommend him to others.
