Amazing, safe and secure

Mr. Zhang gave a slide presentation of Traditional Chinese Gardens (history and styles) at Garden Club in Carmel.

It is the worst company I have worked with in 25 years. They do not do a good job, and they do not have integrity. As far as I am concerned, they have a bad reputation.

Good team overall and good electrical department. Owner advocates. Worked on many large higher ed projects with Schmidt over several years time with relatively few issues.

If you are building something skip this one. If you seek terrible drawings, mediocre architects, and a lacking ability to convey ideas/intent to subs this is your best option. If you work for the government please stop using them. Sincerely all estimators.

I’ve never used this business and probably will never have the need to, however, the morning receptionist deserves recognition. I live on the block and my dogs and I walk past this business every day. No matter what, she always goes out of her way to smile, wave and if she is free, bring my pups treats. Makes our big avenue feel like a small neighborhood. Seems to be a wonderful place to work.
