They have the worst phone service I have ever experienced. I don't even want to give them one star. they just transfer you around to voice mail boxes. This has been over and over and over again. Does anybody work here?? Why does no one answer???

I have had the pleasure and I'm still having the pleasure of working with Denver and Larry here in Spokane Washington on the Amazon project. They are very thorough very knowledgeable and they know how to get the job done and they do it right the 1st time. Very much down-to-earth Gentleman that I have ever had the pleasure of working alongside with. I would highly recommend Gaylor electric.

This was the 2nd time we have hired Garcia's Remodeling. They fixed a roof leak last year and recently did drywall, paint, and basic electrical work. Garcia Remodeling remodeled our 1st floor and basement after a toilet overflowed for 4 hours on our first floor and flooded both the basement and first floor. Since the damage was so sever we decided to tear down walls and expand the kitchen. They also remodeled 2 bathroom, living room, dining room, family room and bar area in basement. They did a fantastic job and we just love our kitchen, as a matter of fact, everyone loves our kitchen. We loved the work they did so much that we had them come back this year and build a 4 seasons room on the back of the house, paint the outside of the house and deck. We were very pleased with the price, service and friendliness of all of their construction team. I highly recommend them.

Felix Garcia and Team have done almost every project for me the last 7 years. The thing I like about them is they are reliable, affordable, honest and hard working. Also, if there is a mistake, they fix it. We just did a full 1400 square foot basement remodel and they did an outstanding job and completed it in 5 weeks! They always show up on time at 8-8:30 am every morning. Felix is like family to us when it comes to who we can trust as a contractor. I leave my house and leave them alone in my house because I trust him and his crew and they ALWAYS deliver! Will always continue to use Garcia’s remodeling for any project we do!

Mr Garcia and his team installed a full house of carpet in my home. In under a year the carpet begin tearing/shredding at the transition points, buckling because it wasn’t stretched properly and left some debris underneath, so certain spots have something hard underneath. Also, you can hear some plastic material crunching underneath the carpet in certain places. I’m extremely disappointed, because he came back out to our home and promised that he would take care of it, but after he left we haven’t heard anything back from him. I thought he was a good person with integrity but this lack of attention to detail and follow up has shown me that he took our money and ran. Multiple attempts have been made prior to making this review, so hopefully this will get someone’s attention and help them avoid the mistake I made with hiring him.

Terrible...definitely don't recommend. I hired them to install a gas water heater in my home. I reached out to them 10 days later because there was a leak a the flex connector to the tank. I wasn't particularly upset, just wanted it fixed....but NO RESPONSE. They are just ignoring me. They will take your money and if there is a problem the will IGNORE you. Spend your money elsewhere.

Garcia's Remodeling renovated our kitchen and did a FANTASTIC job! They started on time, communicated throughout the project, and finished faster than expected. They made an effort to clean up the area every day, and coordinated well with our schedules. We will be returning to Garcia's for future projects!

Cesar and his crew did such a great job building my large deck, pergola (for an 6’ swing) and climbing rose trellis. Every detail was timely and professional, and the daily communication ensured a smooth progression. I really appreciated their help designing the overall size, stairs, and trellis. I have exhausted every option trying to resolve my issues with Rivera Group, LLC and owner Mike Rivera before resorting to public reviews. Multiple attempts to reach a resolution were met with silence and inaction, leaving me no choice but to share my experience publicly.

My home was built in 2021 by Rivera Group, LLC and has been plagued with serious construction defects from the start — all the result of shoddy work by incompetent contractors who consistently cut corners and do not complete work to code:

• The upper balcony was built with an incorrect slope, tilting toward the home instead of away from it, causing water to pour directly into the structure.
• No flashings were installed on the front of the home — a basic construction requirement — leading to flooding, mold growth, and electrical damage.
• Windows were not properly sealed on the exterior, independently causing additional water damage and mold.
• Flooring was incorrectly installed and I was forced to pay out of pocket to have it professionally repaired.
• The downspout was improperly sized, contributing further to ongoing water intrusion.
• Upon removing drywall to address water damage, it was discovered that load-bearing beams were installed incorrectly — a serious structural defect that I have also had to pay to have corrected.
• The roof is now experiencing extreme and escalating water entry — on a home that is only 4 years old.

The cumulative damage includes repeated flooding, mold from multiple sources, electrical hazards, and significant structural deterioration. I have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and a warranty claim with my home warranty provider. I am now working with an attorney to pursue legal action.

Before hiring Rivera Group, LLC, I strongly urge you to research this business thoroughly and look up any existing lawsuits filed against them. This has been an incredibly stressful and costly experience, and no homeowner should have to go through what I have.

Buyer beware.

If I could rate this company zero stars, I would. DO NOT trust this company to build, remodel, or do any type of work on your home. They will do a horrible job and you will pay for it down the line. Improper installations, Black mold, uneven structures, etc. The list goes on and on. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!
