Had problem with dimming and flickering lights. Called Austin and told me to call the electric company to see if the problem was on there end. It was. Austin did this free of charge and saved me money when most would come out and charge me for this advise. I thank him for this and will refer as much business his way as possible. HONESTY is hard thing to find these days.

So my electric kept going out everything the heat turned on, did my do diligence and called a few places received some quotes. Came across Austin Smith electrician and gave him a call. He called me back immediately, and told him my situation. He said I can come now! I told him we weren't home he set a time. He was there a little early. Great guy. Honest, decent. Not someone that will rip you off. He is the owner and he comes out personally takes a look at whatever the problem is, diagnoses it, and shoots you a quote. Very very reasonable. Not like alot of these big companies ies that charge you an arm amd a leg. If you need any electric work done. I'm telling you Austin is your man! I am so so happy that I came across his business on my google search. This will be our go to electrician definitely. On top of all that he has a wo derful accent! Austin Smith is your electrician! He is friendly, on time, and does exactly what he says he will do. He has experience and great ideas to make your situation work. His prices are reasonable too! I will recommend him to anyone who needs electrical work done! He installed new 100 amp service and ran new wiring to the upstairs and was done in two days. He did a few little extra things too. I just can't say enough!

Austin was punctual, communicative, and very conscientious in his work. He did the electrical work for a newly-built garage, and made sure to understand how the garage would be used, whether the walls would be finished, etc, to make sure the materials and features were appropriate for the job. Austin Smith Electric has been our preferred electrician for years. He's knowledgeable and a master at what he does. We've used him for both basic electrician services like replacing outlets and fixtures, to more complicated jobs like upgrading and replacing our inside and outside electrical panels and boxes. As an example of his nature, he refastened a garage opener light-cover I'd left dangling and unsecured - and never mentioned the good deed. The BEST!!! I contacted Austin on a Friday evening in need of an electrical assessment to ensure that my house was up to code. Austin came out in less than 24 hours (on a Saturday!) and couldn’t have been more helpful. He was very thorough and personable and clearly had no motives other than to help as best he could. I had been very worried about getting the assessment and he took the time to listen to my concerns, he talked to me throughout the entire inspection explaining every step, and ensured that my house was in good shape. I truly cannot recommend him enough, such an amazing electrician!

Austin was amazing. He was so helpful in deciding what kind of lighting we needed. We ended up installing LED disk lights for 2 rooms and installed a fan. He was efficient and friendly. He started and finished within 4 hours. We will definitely use him again.
