My first experience with this duo cleaning team(Maria & her husband) I was so impressed with their cleaning and the thorough work they done for deep cleaning that I had them to do my father’s house. While cleaning my father’s house they unplugged his heart monitor that was located on the night stand next to his bed and for some reason they decided to store it in a box in back of his closet. We kept texting and calling them about what happened to his heart monitor that is expensive and is linked to his doctor’s office we searched the whole house and could not find it. Finally they came back to the house about 3 hours later he went right to the back of my father’s closet to a box and pulled it out.(seriously) He said that we should put these items up but I explained please do not touch or remove equipment just clean. I also had them to deep clean some properties of mines too. So this past Thursday I ask them to come out and clean my home again I was expecting the same deep cleaning services I have always received. This time he charged me $120 more than the first initial cleaning. I left to take my mother to her doctor appointment and sent them the money for the cleaning. When I returned home I was surprised to see that the things they cleaned before had not been cleaned this time. I texted and told him that this was a basic or standard cleaning not a deep cleaning like I experienced before sent a video of just one area I was talking about his response was that was not included I was trying to explain that you clean all these areas before… I still had dirt on the floors, dust, and cabinet doors that have not been cleaned..I could obviously see and didn’t think the kitchen floor was cleaned either..,Maria texted back and said don’t call my cleaning basic because I took pictures( without my knowledge or permission)…I care for my mother in my home and I have her medical equipment there too once again things got moved. I had cleaned and sanitized her pill crushers, medical cups etc. I covered them thinking that she would realize not to touch them because of cross contamination etc but they washed them anyway with what I’m not sure.. then later that night I discovered that our T.V. Sound system wasn’t working while cleaning she had pulled the Bose sound bar causing it to completely detach from the tv and the speaker and just laid the attachment pieces on the dvd player. Never told me this happened either. I didn’t appreciate all the push back I received from them as being a loyal customer I had to cancel all future services. I took a risk with them but I need an actual company that I can hold responsible for any damages, consistent in cleaning and have an understanding that you cannot mess with medical equipment and also understand that you can not take pictures of a person home without permission!

The service is excellent on time.Thorough and very nice people.
