Matt responded immediately and did a WONDERFUL job on a rainy Saturday. He handled a complex problem perfectly. He figured it all out, did a full cleaning with the brush in a very long run, went into the attic and cleaned everything out from above, and put it all back together and provided photos of everything he did and what he found. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend Dryer Dogs!! From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Our serviceman was right on time and even sent a helpful reminder the morning of with his arrival window. The service was done quickly and efficiently, and he left the area spotless when he finished. I especially appreciated his honesty—he shared that this service only needs to be done every 2–3 years, not every year, which really shows his integrity. Professional, efficient, and trustworthy… we will definitely use him again!

Awesome experience! He’s very professional, honest and came out the same day! Did a thorough job inspecting and attempting to clean my dryer vent duct and identified an issue that is not only a fire hazard but could result in additional repairs to bring the dryer duct up to code.
