Ronda is the best. She does a great job and such a pleasure to be around! She is punctual and thoughtful, and just wonderful with our girls . Even set up their toys for them as in the picture. Dust Devils is a great company with great communication.

Ashley and Katie did a fabulous job cleaning our home. They paid attention to detail and left our home spotless. We have very hard water with terrible stains in our toilets. They were able to get all of the stains out and our toilets look like new. I would highly recommend them! Many thanks for such a great job!!

The Dust Devils are a good service, I've used them consistently, once a month, for over 6 months now. They've been reliable and communicative; twice I've had a substitute cleaner instead of the regular woman, and both times have been without any hiccups.

The cleaning job is fairly consistent and thorough. The cleaners have all been professional and kind.

While I've never been over-the-top impressed, I'm very satisfied, I would recommend them.

I used Dust Devils for over a year. They did well with cleaning and overall professionalism while in my home. I am giving 4/5 stars due to the number of cancellations they have and late appointments. Most of the time they were late, canceled last minute, and no showed. Despite them doing a good job, I unfortunately cannot give the highest rating due to their inconsistency. They did reach out for service recovery, which I appreciate.

We hired this company for a deep clean before our daughter was born. We had a list of 4-5 priority areas, with baseboards being at the top. When we got home, we were disappointed to find several spots on the baseboards that had been missed. We also noticed that some items weren't put back in their original places and a couple of toilets weren't cleaned at all.

While the cleaners were friendly, easy to coordinate with, and left a nice note, the quality of the cleaning didn't meet our expectations, especially for a deep clean costing around $500 for our 2,400-square-foot home. A few spots were a bit sloppy, and the missed areas were difficult to overlook.

First let me say, Lupe was wonderful. She did what she could while she was there. I had issues getting a response to schedule my initial cleaning. They scheduled me a day before my event. The day of the cleaning, they sent ONE person. It was supposed to be 2 or more. I then got communication that they were charging more than quoted because of dust build up. Duh! That's why I hired a cleaning service. I was in and out that day and did not see all the areas Lupe tried to clean by herself. Dust Devils sent 2 other cleaners on Monday (after the fact) to finish up. I told them the rooms that I knew were missed. But I noticed that windows were not cleaned and some surfaces were dusted, etc. It was not the cleaners fault. The areas that they did touch, were cleaned well. They offered a "discount" for their mistake. I expected better based on other reviews. I will try other services for future cleaning.
