I would highly recommend hiring Alpine Air Duct Cleaning. I called multiple companies for quotes. The pricing was in line with the competition. However, what made them stand apart is the lady who answered the phone - she was extremely informative and customer focused! Sam & Michael arrived at my house on time. They were both extremely professional and friendly, and answered every question I had. This meant a lot to me, since this is the first time I have had my air ducts cleaned. When they showed up I knew I picked the right company! Great work all around!!

Sam and Jose did a fantastic job cleaning our HVAC ducts! We recently bought an older home and desperately needed the ducts cleaned to get rid of lingering smoke smells from a previous owner and help with my husband's terrible allergies. Not only did they clean our ducts, but also cleaned up after themselves too. They vacuumed and had everything looking even better than they arrived. Sam did a great job educating us about our system and making sure everything was taken care of appropriately.

Had a great experience with Alpine Group from beginning to end. Bought a condo that had mold on the drywall around the furnace ductwork. Mark was able to come out during the inspection process to help identify the problem and came up with a few solutions. He definitely eased my mind about moving forward with closing on the property. Sam and another gentleman completed the work this week and I am very pleased. I also had the ductwork system cleaned out at the same time as the mold remediation. Super friendly and very experienced staff.

Great service. Kevin Haas showed right on time to provide estimate with a very understanding and friendly attitude. The quote was very reasonable. Even the lady who called to schedule an appointment next day for me was extremely friendly, also provided some discount for the job. The crew - Sam & Eric showed on time and provided some information on what they were going to do. They did a great job, kept everything clean and very friendly. I am very satisfied with everyone who I talked to from this company. I already recommended Alpine to 2 of my friends and they are looking forward to get services done by this company.

Sam and his assistant arrived at our home right on time and set about cleaning our ducts right away. They were thorough and cleaned up after themselves and also identified a problem with our HVAC as well as gave suggestions for repairing it. I would recommend the Alpine group to anyone who is looking for a professional service provider who completes the job on time and in an excellent fashion. Alpine was communicative on what timelines would be for the job and extremely responsive to communications in prepping. The work looks great. The employees were clean and respectful throughout the project, and cleaned up throughout the job, not just after it was completed. A great service in the Indianapolis area that I will continue to use in the future and suggest for anyone else looking for similar work.

Dave and Alpine cleaned out our ducts and did incredible work. They got me scheduled within 5 days and the process was seamless. Kenny and Jose were incredibly professional, kind, and courteous throughout the entire project. They were in at 930 AM and out by 2 PM completing a 6,000+ sq ft job. Efficient and high quality work.

Technicians were knowledgeable and very thorough. Cleaning up after themselves and were prompt and company sent photo before they arrived so I knew who to expect. Very pleased and so glad to have this service( duct and dryer vent cleaning) complete.

Josh and Jose arrived right on time and explained everything to us. Got right to work and finished in less time than expected. They explained the job and recommended a couple of things we could do to get better circulation in our air ducts. Made friends with our dog and did an outstanding job. My partner and I just purchased a new home and, unfortunately, mold was found in the ductwork during the inspection. Alpine Maintenance Group came highly referred by our real estate agents and they absolutely did not disappoint! The crew was here the entire day today thoroughly cleaning every inch of our HVAC system. They also ran sanitizer through the ductwork to make sure all microbial growth was removed. Our house smells brand new and it's such a wonderful peace of mind to know our system is clean and functioning at its best, especially before the winter months.
