Lightening fast service when our furnace went out. It was covered under warranty. No hassle. Robert got here, fixed the issue, replaced the part and was highly professional, quiet as a mouse (I work from home) and thoroughly explained the problem. Resolved in no time.

Great company! We've worked with them on our HVAC, plumbing and had a gas line run. Every technician we've had in our home has been knowledgeable, professional and super friendly. Today I signed up for their service package for regular maintenance on our HVAC after Perry did our winter tune up. Any issues I have in our home theyre the first people I call.

I had an excellent experience with Tyler. He arrived on time, was courteous, and took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done with my HVAC system. The furnace tuneup was completed efficiently, and they made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. He detailed out the future problem areas, and fully explained everything! I really appreciated the attention to detail and the care he showed for keeping my home clean during the service. It’s rare to find such knowledgeable and honest technicians these days — I’ll definitely be calling armor air again for any future HVAC needs!

The service team was very helpful and knowledgeable. Need a whole system replacement and they were able to offer a lower price for nicer equipment than what other companies quoted us. They have also followed up a few times since the replacement to see how we were doing with the new unit.

I have used Armor several times. Armor has a technician, Robert! He is professional, experienced, reliable, respectful, trustworthy just to name a few traits!! He is the SOLE reason I use Armor!! He is who I refer to others!!

I purchased a heating/cooling system from Armor Air around a year and a half ago. I believe my sales guys name was Tyler. Since installment, I haven’t had a single problem with my system! It has kept me warm in the winter, and cool in the summer. I highly recommend going through Armor Air for any HVAC needs.

From the initial installation in 2022 up until now, three years later everyone we’ve encountered has been very personable, we have experienced nothing but kindness and professionalism.

Woke up to a cold house, called Armor Air and had an appointment within the hour. They arrived right on schedule, explained the issue clearly, and handled everything with a high level of professionalism. Armor air has very nice people, very professional and is willing to explain how system works. Did have a couple issues that the thermostat wasn't in, but they wanted to make sure I had the newest model. Then the plumber is coming out hopefully this next sat to just readjust lines under the house to make sure drainage is going to proper area. Shaun Moore and his helper Austin very informative on everything that was being installed. Would recommend this company #1 in customer service. 👍

My parents recently experienced a plumbing issue caused by a clogged sewer line, and from the very beginning this company handled the situation with professionalism and care. Their representative, Levi West, met with my parents and me in person and took the time to thoroughly explain the problem, the recommended solution, and what we could expect throughout the process.

Levi’s proposal was higher than the estimate we received from another company, but his professionalism, honesty, and thoroughness made the decision easy. He clearly explained the value behind the work being proposed, answered every question without pressure, and earned our trust through his transparency and follow-through.

I had Shawn a heating and air technician come out to look at my system, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He showed exceptional integrity and was completely transparent throughout the entire visit. Instead of just telling me what the issue was, he took the time to walk me through it step-by-step, showing me exactly what the HVAC system should be doing versus what it wasn’t doing.
His professionalism, patience, and willingness to educate me made a huge difference. It’s rare to find a technician who not only fixes the problem but also makes sure you understand what’s going on. I truly appreciate his honesty and thoroughness. Highly recommend! Especially in this current temperature he resolved the issue and also advised us what to do in the meantime while we wait for the part to come in. I had an issue with my humidifier leaking and the service people were so kind, knowledgeable and efficient in helping me. It took two visits to get it fixed but each time they were very patient and kind. Erik was amazing and helped me so much. Great service!! Highly recommend them.

Another outstanding visit today from Armor Air. Today they inspected my water heater and water softner. I explained to Ryan Cornellus that I believed that I was experiencing a decrease in my hot water. After testing, Ryan assured me that everything was fine. What I am getting at is that I fully trust Armor Air and their team to be honest. They could've charged me and replaced the heating elements and I would have not been none the wiser. I appreciate their honesty and dedication. Armor Air really has a GOOD, DEDICATED team that appears to enjoy their job. Thanks Armor Air.

Tyree was very respectful of the cleanliness of our home. He was very knowledgeable and although we were not pleased with his diagnosis his knowledge gave us comfort. He was quick to offer a second opinion. Levi was also very knowledgeable. He was very helpful in presenting the different options. The decision we made based on his presentation gave us great comfort.

We used to be with another company for their service and maintenance. We were weighing options for a new full unit and decided to reach out to Armor Air as our best friend and neighbor works for them. Erik Longenecker is not a necessarily a salesman or service tech for them, however his knowledge of the HVAC systems and how they should be running and ability to translate that to clients is unmatched. He shows he cares about the company deeply and is willing to learn outside his scope to provide a trust with the client right from the start of the process. They wanted to get a look and feel for the system first before ever talking options. Tyler Kirkham was the service tech that Erik recommended and put on our call. Tyler was phenomenal and highly knowledgeable in his field. I have never seen a company provide such thorough work in the inspection and service provided by Tyler. Detailed pictures were taken in order to better explain what was wrong with our system and missed all these years with our old service provider. Never once during the conversation of repair v. replace did we feel pressured, and Tyler made sure to explain everything completely unbiased towards one path or the next. A pleasure to have worked with. Scheduling and getting finances set up was a breeze. Armor Air truly respects their clients and do not see them just as another number and money for their company. They go out of their way and take the time to provide how they feel a client should be treated in a time of need and helping in a large financial decision.
