Nick called to let me know he was about 10 minutes out. He arrived promptly. Asked me if I was having any issues. Then went right to work. We discussed the age of my furnace and the A/C and installing replacements. He went over several options. He answered all of my questions. We also discussed the annual renewal plan. He was friendly and informative.

Nick was great. Explained everything very clear! He showed me that capacitor reading that goes to the fan motor was a little below specifications. He said it would likely be ok for a good while. I chose to replace it. I did not feel like he was trying to sell me anything not needed. I’ve had other company’s try to scare me into replacing the unit.
