Chris from Knight’s Quality Air was fantastic! He came out to service my AC unit while I was at work and kept me updated throughout the process with clear, professional communication. On top of that, he went above and beyond by bringing a package inside my house before he left—something he absolutely didn’t have to do, but it really showed the level of care he puts into his work. I highly recommend Chris and Knight’s Quality Air for their top-notch service and professionalism

Kights answered the phone and put us on their immediate schedule as our AC stopped working- 4 days before their competitor (that we pay a membership fee for; and now will be canceling as we are now members of kights due to this experience). They worked around our schedule- fixed the issue and I felt like they took the time to explain and teach us about our HVAC system so we can better understand it. James answered all of our questions, showed empathy and compassion and was personable. We cannot thank James and Kights enough for their dedication to servicing and helping their customers always with a smile and a great attitude!
