Called them Tuesday morning when our AC died in the middle of a heat wave. Technician showed up same day around 2 PM, diagnosed a bad compressor in about twenty minutes, and gave me a straight answer on cost before doing anything. The repair took another hour and a half. he walked me through what was wrong and why the fix would hold. Bill came in exactly where he quoted it. For AC repair Indianapolis can get pricey, but these guys didn't oversell anything. System's been running solid for three weeks now.
