Called UrbanTemp in January when our heating went out during that cold snap. Technician showed up the same afternoon, diagnosed a bad blower motor in about twenty minutes, and had it swapped out by dinner time. Charged us fair—no surprise fees on the bill. Guy knew what he was doing and didn't talk down to me when I asked questions about the furnace. Heat's been running solid since.

Came back from visiting family in Michigan last week and the heating wasnt kicking on. Called UrbanTemp Tuesday morning, guy showed up same day around 2pm. Turned out the thermostat wire had come loose—simple fix but I definately would've messed it up myself. Fair price, in and out in thirty minutes. Knew what he was doing.

THry came out on a Saturday morning when my furnace wouldn't kick on—I was pretty sure it was dead. Turned out it was just a bad thermostat connection, way cheaper than I expected. They also noticed our ductwork looked sketchy and recomended duct cleaning before winter got bad. No pressure, just solid advice. Fair price, showed up on time, knew what they were doing.
