Very thorough cleaning of all areas that hadn't been cleaned in some time. Some time constraints due to their late arrival (not their fault) and I had to leave. But don't feel that they missed any areas. 4/2- 2nd cleaning by them -very thorough and efficient. Will have them back. Third cleaning today 6/13 and again very efficient and thorough.

Unprofessional and unreliable. I initially scheduled a walkthrough with the owner, but he canceled at the last minute due to an emergency. I understood and rescheduled. He showed up for the new appointment and completed the first cleaning. I was set up for a bi-weekly service, but on the day of my second cleaning, he neither showed up nor contacted me. After multiple calls and texts, Adalberto Chow finally responded, requesting to reschedule due to yet another emergency. While I understand that emergencies happen, the lack of communication is unacceptable. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Chow Cleaning did a wonderful job on my first cleaning. I scheduled them again and they canceled the service twice. We finally found a time that worked for our schedules and they post poned the service to a later time (I took off work to be available for them) and they never showed up after multiple attempts of communication.
