The team at Stratus has done a great job with our office. It is always a pleasure to walk in on a Monday morning to a clean office.

I feel blessed to have discovered Stratus. My facility is clean and shinning when we open for our Members. I rarely receive a cleanliness concern now days.

Our business hired them for overnight cleaning services of our facilities. There is no consistency in the work and 70% of our contract work is not getting done or overlooked. The sales/management team is not responsive when we bring the issues to their attention.

My husband and I own our own business and went to Stratus for information on starting a franchise to expand our business. Elizabeth, who was supposed to present the Franchise to us, seemed condescending, disengaged, and uninterested in helping us. However, she did provide us with Franchise Disclosure agreement that requires a minimum 12 month term and a two year none competition agreement after you end your agreement with Stratus. So basically, your company will cease to exist and you will have to pay Stratus %5-%20 profits plus insurance, Elizabeth did not elaborate on anything. Additionally, you have to pay and use their products, despite what it says in the Franchise Disclosure Agreement that it is the Franchisee’s responsibly. I am sure the Franchisee’s provide a great service based the reviews. However, I am not willing to give up my existing accounts, nor trust Elizabeth with my invoicing, after the horrible experience I had with her at the Indianapolis location. READ EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU SIGN!!

We started using Stratus a few months ago and are very pleased with the service they provide. The church is much cleaner now without the headaches of trying to do it ourselves.

The team from Stratus cleans our office and kitchen and lab twice a week. They do a very good job for us consistently and are willing to help us with special requests when needed.

Consistent and good commercial cleaning services are hard to come by! Edi and his team do a great job. In addition to quality services, they are responsive and professional. After the shut down of the gyms we knew cleanliness was of the upmost importance for fitness facilities. We had decided to change cleaning companies to Stratus because of SANTOS. I knew him from another club I worked at and he started working out at VASA. He approached me one day to ask if we had a need for a cleaning company. It was perfect timing because we had a company meeting about the cleaning issues the following day. I introduced him to my DM and RD for the area. He was extremely professional and we have absolutely loved the services. The communication is great and if I ever have any concerns he immediately rectifies it and then follows up on satisfaction. Our members have seen a noticeable difference in the two companies and only positive feedback about the cleanliness. I was excited to hear that Stratus is now in the midwest for VASA... all thanks to Santos!

The Janitor's Family and Stratus Building Solutions do a great job of keeping our office building clean and stocked. The operations team is also reaches out often to make sure there are not areas of concern. Highly recommend them.

I was able to schedule with Matt & Santos. I believe the pricing, scheduling, & professionalism was top notch but didn't even compare to how well my floors turned out. I would recommend Stratus to any company looking to improve the look of their facility.

Stratus Building Solutions has been our cleaning service for going on two years. We never have any problems and they are very efficient. If anything comes up that is out of the ordinary, they are right on it in a timely manner.

Santos and his team did an amazing job. My facilities office floors and carpet hadn't been cleaned in years. Now my 17 yr old tile floors look brand new and the carpet in the office which is also 17 yrs old looks so much better. Stratus really does do an amazing job. :)

Stratus has been cleaning our childcare facility for several years and I can not say enough good things about their service. Most recently we had an unusual event that needed some serious cleaning attention and Status was right there to immediately help us out.
