They’ve been an absolute game-changer for us at the Embassy Suites Indianapolis North. Cameron is incredibly responsive, always addressing our concerns promptly and professionally. After a storm blew out our top pool windows, City Wide stepped up with a 24-hour turnaround for emergency repairs, which saved us from further damage and disruption.

They’ve tackled both large and small projects for us with the same level of care and efficiency. Cameron’s expertise shone through when she helped us investigate leak sources, offering tailored solutions that fit our budget perfectly. We use City Wide for our business cleaning both clinical and office cleaning, window washing, floor/tile cleaning and carpets too. Very professional company and they have a account manager that checks in every week. Highly recommend

At the beginning of working with this company was very rocky but once we were assigned a supervisor and a night manager with our accounts it has been smoothing sailing.
