We have used TLC for more than 10 years. Henry has been our service tech and we have appreciated his work. The company uses environmentally friendly chemicals which we strongly support.

Have used TLC for several years now and our lawn has never looked better. They are very mindful regarding our gate and dogs. They are incredibly courteous and friendly. I did have one concern, and they sent a rep out and walked my entire yard explaining different matters, some over and above what pertained to them. Highly recommend!

Total Lawn Care took over our lawn care in 2025 and has been much better than the previous service. Much more responsive than the previous service. The lawn is much greener and we had less dandelions to start the season. We will be working with them again in 2026.

Love TLC, my lawn looks the best in my subdivision. Typical production builder, there was no soil to work with, just rocks and clay. 2nd year of treatment, seeding and aeration…amazing results!

At first my yard was beautiful. It started looking like this after about applications.I was home one day and the guy did my yard in 5 min. My yard is a small park. No way. I did not pay and cancelled. Talked to them the guy lied and I could prove it by my ring cameras. They called and wanted me to continue. Came redid it hut it did not do any good it was the last application for the year. So I Paid you for a service that wasn't being done. If it was my yard would not look like this. So I just gave them my money but the service was not provided. These pictures are what I sent the company with my complaint. Nothing good to say about this company

Have used other companies in the past and they just applied the same treatment as everyone else’s yard. Although it looked ok, the overall appearance was spotty. TLC applies what my yard needs and the results were noticeable within the first month of their service. Will continue to use and recommend them to others.

Total lawn has helped us transform our typical “builders” lawn/landscape into a much more beautiful, more weed free environment. I don’t like “typical” chemicals used around my home. With a professionally trained staff, I don’t worry about that. We’ve been very happy.

Total Lawn Care has been treating our lawn for two years and the transformation has been incredible. Our yard was about 40% crabgrass and other weeds before TLC came to our rescue. Their techs are always happy to answer questions and we alike their approach to safer more organic treatments.

I have used TLC for one season but they are very knowledgeable and they communicate clearly. They give me a good heads up before they come and they even send out a few emails throughout the spring-summer with general observations of what they are seeing in terms of grass health in the area, which is interesting. I already signed up for another year of treatments with them!

We purchased our home in 2015, the original owners had been using TLC and the yard was beautiful. We opted to continue doing treatments because the yard looked so nice. Fast forward 9 years later, we still have TLC treating our yard year round. TLC offers a quality product at affordable prices. Additionally, they have outstanding customer service. I would recommend this company to anyone who is wanting to have a professional company treat their lawn.

The TLC team has been great. We built our house last year and they’ve taken care of our yard treatments since and you can really tell a difference in the neighborhood from those that don’t use TLC. Great customer service and great owners. Would recommend to anyone!
