We switched to livin green this year and our yard looks terrible. After emailing pictures of areas left untreated and weeds throughout the yard, we got zero response. When we finally did get a call back we were told the areas had been treated. We could see via our security cameras that the back 1/4 of our yard was never treated this year. They continued to make excuses. Very unprofessional.

Canceled our service over 6 weeks ago over the phone, they didn't cancel it and came back out. Our yard has now been over treated because we use a new company and our grass that was beautiful is now dying. Called to complain and asked to speak with owner and for a confirmed email of cancelation, still nothing.

*edit* I have since spoken with the owner, and I hope I never have to speak to this man again in my life. He called me names, called me a liar even when I sent proof of phone call on April 5th, 2024, cussed at me and just down right has the worst customer service around. He also lost an amazing employer this year, Desmond Corn, and told me I left for Desmond and a dollar. Sounds pretty bitter to me! Also it's not your business why I left or who I use now, but I will make it my job for your business to go under. Oh and by the way, I still haven't gotten the email you said now twice you'd send! Thanks for the proof that you and your company trespassed on my property today, and you opened a locked gate and had no permission to be on my property!

We had an excellent experience with Livin’Green! They installed two parallel retaining walls on a hillside next to our driveway and a set of large limestone steps. Competitive pricing, good communication, timely installation, excellent craftsmanship/cleanup. Installation crew was professional and respectful to our property and neighboring property. Job very well done! Highly recommend!!

I have been a customer for over 10 years.
The past 2 years have been a little “choppy” when it comes to sticking to a consistent schedule, but I believe it’s been sorted out.
Last week, application was applied to lawn.
They also did some spot weed spraying.
Unfortunately we planted a baby lilac bush that the technician may have mistaken for an overgrown weed.
I contacted the team and was promptly contacted by the manager Brian.
Brian actually visited my home personally and advised me that they would be replacing the tree in 2 days !
It’s 2 days later and there is a new Lilac bush in the ground at my home, what else is there to say ?

Please be aware of this company before awarding any work. We had issues for several months and they didn’t close. We had an annual contract and our payments were spread over 8 months. They took the payments and stopped showing up and didn’t address the open issues or met the contract. Joe Farmer is the owner who’s extremely unprofessional and unethical to work with to say the least. We feel robbed and never ever recommending them. Adding a pic to reflect their quality of work.

Had all kinds of problems with them during the entire year and the biggest issue was the lack of respect from them. They could not get the simple things right - I’d told them to run the sprinkler system at 4:00AM and they set it to where one of my guests got sprayed at 4:00PM. In response to a request to fix this what I got instead was and email telling me how ‘difficult’ I was to work with 😳. The management team refused to ever pick up the phone or respond to txt messages- and I’m not one to complain unless something is really wrong. When I spend upwards of $16.000 a year on something- I expect good service, I expect to be wowed and at the very least I expect them to be respectful- what I got instead was constant headaches, bickering and a callous lack of care. I would highly recommend that you stay as far away as possible from this outfit.

Utterly incompetent, unprofessional and disrespectfull. This is what you can now expect from this company:

4/11: called and asked when they were restarting my lawn cutting service. Said they would come out today but NO SHOW.

4/14: Called on what happened. They had no clue and sent crew out today.

4/24: No show. No service for 2 weeks.

4/28: call and given BS excuse why missed. Crew sent out today. Cassie (rep) confirms my official service day is Thursday. I tell her not to come this coming Thursday...not paying for a cut 3 days later.

5/1: crew shows up despite clearly told not to send anyone. I send crew away.

5/2: Cassie calls me and trys to tell me why she sent crew. Since when does a company have the audacity to ignore my clear direction.

5/8: NO SHOW AGAIN.

5/9: Called yet again. Cassie states they may have to change my route but no communication.Sends crew out today. I asked Cassie to leave message for owner to call me.

5/15; NO SHOW AGAIN. NO CALL FROM OWNER.

5/16: APPARENTLY owner does not value my business , so I dont value him nor his company.
Our relationship is terminated.

PS: Be aware of them running over your pathway lighting. They broke 5 units and just threw them on my deck.

We wanted a full outdoor entertaining area to enjoy with family and friends around our pool. Joe (owner) worked with us over several months to bring our ideas together and make it all happen. His crews were meticulous in their work and keeping our yard clean and picked up during the whole process. They did a fabulous job!

Canceled service but they still charged me even though they only mowed half.

They always do a good job for fair pricing. And they are very responsive if there are any issues or concerns.

Customer Service is excellent! They have 24/7 customer service and they helped me through every step of placing the order ! The provider who came was very courteous ,professional, and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend this service to all my friends and family!

Used them for lawn mowing, so easy! I ordered on my phone from work and my lawn was mowed the next day. It looked great too! The wife was happy with the lawn, and I got to relax when I got home. Definitely recommend!

Horrible experience. I requested a service to get done for the next day and the job kept getting pushed back for various reasons. (Equipment issues, schedule issues, employee issues, etc.) Job was pushed back 5 days with no completion. I hired someone as soon as I cancelled my service with this company off of Craigslist and got great service at a very competitive price. Thought I'd give this company a try for convenience. It ended up being a complete headache and waste of my time.

Jacob did a great job in my lawn with weeding and mulching! It looks so much better and I very much appreciate his taking the time to pull and dig out stubborn weeds rather than simply chopping and covering with mulch like the fellow I hired last year. I believe it will stay cleaned up much long & certainly looks better! He also dug out along the perimeter so mulch will stay in place. And he did it all for a very reasonable cost for the work. Overall I give him 10/10 and highly recommend him.

Jacob has done an amazing job on my property, placing landscape blocks all around my home. He has added topsoil to the one side of the house that was damaged by another landscaper. He has also mowed and trimmed my yard. Additionally, he came during the winter to remove snow from our property.His work awesome and his prices are more reasonable then his competitors. You definitely CAN NOT go wrong by hiring Jacob.

Jacob does a great job. I would recommend his services to anyone who needs landscaping or lawncare.

Jacob came to our home and was going to till up a garden. He did such a great job we had him pull some bushes and scrap the old mulch up and new mulch down. He also removed several old and dead bushes from the yard. Everything looks just amazing. Very happy with his work. We definitely will have him back.

Jacob did a phenomenal job on my lawn. I recommend his services for any lawn care needs. He takes pride in his work ensuring that the edges are trimmed and he removed the limbs from a large tree I have in the back yard. I was so happy with his work that Grumpy’s is now my lawn go to for life.

He does a fabulous job with the lawn and edging. It’s so neat and beautifully manicured. Our flower beds were badly overgrown with weeds 2 feet tall but they did an exceptional job removing all the weeds. I’ll post more pics once the mulch is down too and pics of lawn.. Also has very affordable prices too.

Second time they came out. They were very professional and have high quality work. We will only use this company from now on. We are very grateful. Thank you.
