Eagle Creek Nursery is simply the best!!! For the past 25 years our family has used their services for various landscape projects and we could not be happier. We would highly recommend them for any landscape needs.

No type of customer service after they get your business! I hired them in 2018. I called them back after a few months when plants were dying. They just plant the plants on top of the soil instead of digging a hole and planting the plants. That’s why some died. They replaced one and the rest they cut off the dead part and they eventually died. No follow-up. Waste of thousands of dollars. I guess I should’ve babysit the workers. An amateur could have did a better job landscaping.

If I could give a rating of no stars, I would do so based on the complete rudeness of their owner Charlie, poor coordination of services, and total lack of respect or follow through on what they promise. Today they are planting the third tree (second under warranty) based on their poor planting skills and the quality of the previous trees planted, as validated by a third-party and highly respected Arborist. I have an additional tree, that while healthy, contained within the root ball Honeysuckle, an exotic and highly invasive plant for which the Indiana DNR recommends eradication. I will never use their services again and would highly discourage anyone from purchasing anything from them. There are plenty of other nurseries in the metro area that are more deserving of your money!

Good selection, excellent knowledge. Unfortunately, very expensive. We've visited more than a dozen nurseries in the area, and these were the 2nd highest prices we saw anywhere. I'd love to support them more, but I have kids to feed too.

Had them do 2 small planting beds, one is ok. The other is terrible, Dennis had full design control, I asked for beds that were low maintenance. The one right in front of my house grows more weeds and grass than anything, ever time it rains my driveway is covered in mulch . I feel like a fool for trusting them. Even when they cut the beds I complained that it didn't look like the design, Dennis said If I didn't like they would fix it. Last time Dennis was here because a tree was dying, they knew they had problems with, pretty much made me feel like I was lucky to get the tree and didn't care about any of my problems. Not even sure how much it will cost to now fix the problems Dennis created.

We've had great experiences with ECN. They are friendly, dependable and fair-priced and overall great people to work with. They have excellent knowledge and skills in both landscaping and hardscaping, and stand by the quality of their work. I recommend looking at them for any of your outdoor home needs, and supporting this local, family-owned business.

Eagle Creek Nursery & Landscape has taken care of my trees, Ivy, and various other areas of my yard for a long time. Recently, they planted Myrtle, Ivy, Hydrangeas, and Arborvitae, and sodded areas in my back yard. They did excellent work and I highly recommend them. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Eagle Creek has great trees and other plants. The grounds are a pleasure to walk. Staff was helpful and courteous. Came to our home and advised what to plant and where. Referred us to a company for stump removal. All easy and good communication. Thanks, Eagle Creek.

I have shopped at Eagle Creek Nursery every Spring for the past several years, buying annuals, some perennials, and hanging baskets. They are not the least expensive shop, but the quality and selection are first rate, and they stand behind the plants that are guaranteed, with no questions asked. I would have given 4.5 stars, but couldn’t manipulate the half star.

I've used Eagle Creek Nursery for several projects over the past 3 years. I really like working with Dennis on the plans. He's always responsive when I have questions. They've done good work for us.

Eagle Creek Nursery has a great selection of plants, trees and shrubs! They also have a knowledgeable staff who showed me their various trees and shrubs and answered any questions that I had. Having been in business for many years, I feel that they have the track record and background that I need to feel comfortable in investing in landscaping.

We hired Eagle Creek Nursery to replace retention walls around our pool deck and add a fire pit. Dennis really listened to both our functional needs and wish list items. He proposed some small layout changes that made big improvements overall. John selected beautiful boulders for our site and went above and beyond during installation. The final result far exceeds our expectations!

I utilize Eagle Creek Nursery for my lawn service. I noticed an immediate improvement in my lawn once they took over from the lower quality company I was using. My lawn is lush and healthier than it has ever been. You can see a line on both sides of my house where my lawn ends and my neighbors' paler green grass begins. I highly recommend ECN - high quality!

I purchased a number of trees from Eagle Creek a few years so, including a very expensive American Beech tree. They planted the trees for me and did a great job. When we then endured a severe drought followed by an intense winter. I consulted with folks at the nursery, they even sent arborist out to help advise us, but we still lost the tree the following year.
Eagle Creek gave me a credit to replace the tree the next spring. They are professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Their inventory is also typically among the best in the Central Indiana area. I highly recommend them for all of your gardening needs!

I have been a customer of Eagle Creek Nursery and Landscape for many years. They do spring and fall bed preparation for me every year and last year I had them do three weeding and bed clean up visits in mid summer. I am always happy with their work. It is so nice to come home to beautiful, clean landscaped beds. I find the landscaper I use, Dennis Hauersperger, to listen to my ideas and make helpful suggestions. The plantings they install are always great quality and any time I have had a problem they have been fast to come out and make things right.

First, I want to say that Dennis Hauersperger was my Landscape Architect. Don't DIY a landscape project. An Architect makes all the difference! He came up with an idea I never considered and he was absolutely right. My area to be landscaped was a little problematic because of the shape of the area. Dennis knocked it out of the park!
It looks absolutely beautiful! The crew worked so hard, in very high heat, and were fun guys. They were meticulous with their work and clean up.
Really can't say enough good things about the entire process.

My parents used Eagle Creek Nursery for many years. When I inherited the house, I decided to stay with them. Everyone in the neighborhood raves about my yard. I always tell them Eagle Creek Nursery is responsible for the condition of my grass. If you want a lush, green carpet to walk on, you should call Eagle Creek Nursery. They are very nice people who help their customers any way they can.

Notwithstanding the fact that I had received a lower estimate from another company, I decided to use Eagle Creek Nursery to replace the walkway which led to the woods in our back yard. This was one of the best decisions I have made since moving to Zionsville in 2000.

First, their project estimator, Charlie Swartzell, was knowledgeable and sharp. He explained everything to me in detail and made me feel very confident about the company’s ability to complete the project to my satisfaction. Then, the two man crew, John and Ruben, who did the work, were the most courteous and professional service workers I have ever dealt with. Not only did the completed walkway exceed my expectations, they also went the extra yard by making sure that my property looked better when they finished than it did when they started. They treated my property as if it was their own and I thank them for that.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. If I ever need any landscaping work done in the future, I will definitely use them.

I called every nursery in town looking for a peony bush. Eagle Creek Nursery was the only place that had one and they were happy to hold it for me. Everyone I talked to was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend Eagle Creek Nursery. I feel they go out of their way to make their customers happy.
