Arrived on time, mindfully wrapped up any delicate furniture/sharp items, tetris'ed the uhaul and strapped things down well, and moved a very full one bedroom fairly quickly given many heavy furniture items and boxes. Pricing was competitive and friendly service. Would recommend and work with them again!

I used Elite Affordable Movers in May for my 1-bedroom apartment move. The movers arrived on time but brought the smallest U-Haul truck (10-foot). My move was only 7 miles away and I was charged for 3.3 hours. The moving team consisted of a man and a woman. While both were pleasant and friendly, the woman struggled with heavier items, such as my TV stand, I ended up assisting the man with the heavier items up the stairs to prevent any potential injury to the woman or damage to my furniture. While I didn’t mind helping, other customers might expect the movers to handle all the lifting themselves.
After the move, I received a call from Elite Affordable Movers while driving back to check if I had left anything at my old place. They asked if I was satisfied with the move, and I confirmed. They informed me I would be charged $627, which seemed fine at the time. However, upon returning to my previous address, I found a cabinet furniture left on the driveway, presumably due to a lack of space in the U-Haul.
I was ultimately charged $727 instead of $627 because my $100 deposit was not included in the total price. I tried to address these issues by calling Elite Affordable Movers the next day and following weeks and was told that Josh would return my call, but I never heard back from him.
In hindsight, although Elite Affordable Movers seemed cheaper than their competitors initially, the experience and final cost was more expensive. If I had to do it over again, I would consider other moving companies.
Edit: I have moved a lot throughout this country and rented plenty of Uhaul trucks in the past. I assure you that it was a 10 foot Uhaul truck. I am not sure if this third party that you used told you they got a 15ft Uhaul truck but it was definitely a 10ft Uhaul truck. I was there that day helping the movers.
I did try to contact you that day of the move, and a few times throughout the following weeks. This is the first time I am actually getting a response about my move from you guys. Many times when I call Elite Affordable Movers I get the operator telling me that Josh will give me a call back but he never does call me.
I think potential customers should be aware of my experience. I hope you guys learn from these mistakes and improve. I wish you guys the best.

Damaged items, damaged home! Incomplete work. First off let me be fair the two gentlemen that came were respectful, manner-able, and polite. I thought this would be a good move. The owner was also very polite on the phone. I felt good about trusting my belongings to them. THEN my issues started and I AM PISSED! Damage to my walls and ceiling caused by improper moving techniques. They didn’t even remove the wooden feet from my sofa. Then one of the movers says “it should be an easy fix”. It wasn’t the point of being easy or not, the point is the home was in pristine condition literally just built (completed construction 10/10/24) and never lived in. It’s unfair the first damage should come from movers! This is definitely not the “white glove” moving experience promised to me when I booked. I called the company and sent photos of the damage. I was offered $50 off! I was then told it would be “reviewed on Monday”. I was also told it looked like “scratches”. See the photos. There are DENTS and broken drywall and chipped paint. However even if it was “just scratches” it’s unacceptable! After speaking with the office I continued on with the move, I mean what choice did I have? I don’t know if they were upset because I reported it, or what but they attempted to leave without putting my dining room table back together, not putting the mirror back on my dresser, they didn’t set my sectional up the way I had it, they left the stand for my TV at the old place (which they honestly shouldn’t have even needed to remove. Also they stated when I set up the move my belongings could stay in the dresser and it would be wrapped shut, the movers said “I don’t know why they tell people that. It’s too heavy that way and they aren’t the ones who have to move it!”. Several items were left in the wrong place. For instance the bases for my tables are downstairs, but the glass was brought upstairs! Also noticed after they left the handle on the old fridge is broken and they didn’t even bother telling me. I’m assuming they thought I wouldn’t notice because it’s in the garage. I’m disgusted at the service and a $50 discount is a joke, especially since I continued to find issues after the conversation I had with the office. I planned to share the additional findings ABOVE AND BEYOND THE DAMAGE TO MY HOME (paint on my sofa where they damaged my wall, dryer vent not brought from old home, the plug for my bed being left behind so my headboard lights don’t work, etc). I will be disputing the charges with my bank, and getting my attorney involved if necessary. I also find it very strange that they didn’t offer me any insurance services! If they are insured it shouldn’t be a thing for them to get my walls, ceiling, and paint fixed IMMEDIATELY. Do NOT use this company. It seems like a better deal, but after you have to complete drywall and paint repairs, IT IS NOT! Go with an insured company (which I’m assuming they are not in light of them not offering to make a claim about my damage).
